It's amazing to me Bank of America's in this area no longer provide "drive up tellers". So much for customer convenience.

No drive through. Long lines. Poor service. 23 people in line in front of me. 2 tellers scheduled. Not impressed with lack of management’s planning for first-of-the-month rush, particularly when drive through is closed.

This branch has been closed for a week. On-line it says it’s opened. BOA has 4 branches in the Tri Cities, only 2 are open. Incredibly poor customer service for a National Bank.
