Just spent a few minutes with some customer service.Unfortunately , i'm at an airport and got disconnected through cell phone issues.. When my call was dropped, I received a call from them immediately.. They were professional and understood my needs and took care of them in a short , polite phone call , thank you

I love Hapo. They offer a skip a payment option twice a year which I utilized and it was very helpful. Especially the December one when I’m overwhelmed with buying gifts for the family. I would definitely use Hapo again for my car loan!
