Had some issues with the loan officer not responding to my emails (which concerned important documents), I hope they can work on that. But they are very nice and eager to help. I recommend them.”
“A credit union is a little different than a bank. By buying the shares to membership, you're part of something. I'm not sure exactly how much of participation you want to have with your credit union, but because you are a member, if you do have a Civic mind which I don't, you can get more involved with the company. I choose not to. I've been very happy with the service I've been getting and I've been getting service from them for decades.”
