Update: I never wrote this review. Erick took my phone, turned away from me and wrote this review about himself without my permission or knowledge. I assumed he was fixing my phone but he didn't. I later reported this to his supervisor who said he would take care of this. Obviously, he didn't as here it still is. Unbelievable! I thought of just deleting but decided people should know.”

“5 stars well deserved - first off, I tried calling Best Buy, and couldn't get past the AI robot to ask my question...really annoying. Messaged Cline's on their website and I got a response within an hour I think. Brought my computer in, personable and knowledgeable staff, quick service with no promises, but I felt cared for. They tried multiple things to try and fix my computer, unfortunately it was the motherboard, and not worth the cost per their recommendation since it is about the cost of a used computer. They were able to transfer all my data to my hard-drive, which I appreciated. The real 5 star and beyond was they called me 1 week after to follow up on my service and my device. I don't think I've ever had a follow up call for something like this. Will take all my needs to them in the future for sure!”

“My boyfriend and I were with US Cellular for a couple years and had nothing but troubles with our service, even in the middle of town it was always cutting out. We decided to switch to T-Mobile as my family all use T-Mobile and never have service issues. Melanie helped us and she was great. As a salesperson myself I really appreciated how informative she is, she really knows what she is doing and what she is talking about. There wasnt much B.S at all. We had visited a different t-mobile store the day before going here and the other store the guy was not helpful and did not know how to explain things or answer my questions to where it was understandable. However Melanie was just absolutely amazing, we even went back 2 weeks later to return our old phones and she answered the few extra questions we had. I HIGHLY recommend asking for Melanie if you go to this store looking for help.”
