Update: I never wrote this review. Erick took my phone, turned away from me and wrote this review about himself without my permission or knowledge. I assumed he was fixing my phone but he didn't. I later reported this to his supervisor who said he would take care of this. Obviously, he didn't as here it still is. Unbelievable! I thought of just deleting but decided people should know.”
“This place is so awesome!! The lady who repairs my phone is always friendly and very respectful, I’ve been coming here since my freshman year of college and there never has been any problems with her. For the one star reviews yeah they never even walked into the store and they’re just a bunch of haters who can’t stand seeing someone being successful.
10/10 stars for this place.”

“My boyfriend and I were with US Cellular for a couple years and had nothing but troubles with our service, even in the middle of town it was always cutting out. We decided to switch to T-Mobile as my family all use T-Mobile and never have service issues. Melanie helped us and she was great. As a salesperson myself I really appreciated how informative she is, she really knows what she is doing and what she is talking about. There wasnt much B.S at all. We had visited a different t-mobile store the day before going here and the other store the guy was not helpful and did not know how to explain things or answer my questions to where it was understandable. However Melanie was just absolutely amazing, we even went back 2 weeks later to return our old phones and she answered the few extra questions we had. I HIGHLY recommend asking for Melanie if you go to this store looking for help.”
“Absolutely love every person I've worked with the last week. A recent employee named Justin(No long employed) really messed up my account. However, Natasha has been amazing at resolving all issues. I even managed to add Internet and a new line to my account for the same price as when I started with just two lines a few years ago. We ran into some issues and he was able to figure out a solution quickly and with little hassle. I am very pleased with the customer service provided by this location and its staff.”
