This store is the reason I choose to stay with Verizon, and will do so in the foreseeable future with my phone provider needs!”

The lady who repairs my phone is always friendly and very respectful, I’ve been coming here since my freshman year of college and there never has been any problems with her. For the one star reviews yeah they never even walked into the store and they’re just a bunch of haters who can’t stand seeing someone being successful.

“My boyfriend and I were with US Cellular for a couple years and had nothing but troubles with our service, even in the middle of town it was always cutting out. We decided to switch to T-Mobile as my family all use T-Mobile and never have service issues. Melanie helped us and she was great. As a salesperson myself I really appreciated how informative she is, she really knows what she is doing and what she is talking about. There wasnt much B.S at all. We had visited a different t-mobile store the day before going here and the other store the guy was not helpful and did not know how to explain things or answer my questions to where it was understandable. However Melanie was just absolutely amazing, we even went back 2 weeks later to return our old phones and she answered the few extra questions we had. I HIGHLY recommend asking for Melanie if you go to this store looking for help.”
