Update: I never wrote this review. Erick took my phone, turned away from me and wrote this review about himself without my permission or knowledge. I assumed he was fixing my phone but he didn't. I later reported this to his supervisor who said he would take care of this. Obviously, he didn't as here it still is. Unbelievable! I thought of just deleting but decided people should know.”
“Went here for a phone screen replacement. While I was there she asked what else might be wrong with my IPhone 8+. I mentioned that the speaker is plugged, the charging port is clogged, and my silence switch doesn’t switch.
She politely told me that it would only take her about 25 minutes and that I can feel free to wait in her lobby. I took a seat and we had a nice conversation through the door about phones and TikTok videos we had seen. Only 20 minutes later she brought out my completely repaired and cleaned IPhone. My phone is now in like-new condition, for less that $90 (prices may vary).
TLDR: Great customer service. Great and fast repair service. Great price. If you need a phone repair, this low-price and local option is the place. SHE ROCKS, I won’t go anywhere else.”
