We have been searching for the ideal groomers that have the experience, skills and patience to work work our two people loving puppies. Buzz and Woody went in this morning for their first grooming. When we picked them up just a few hours later, we were pleasantly shocked at the beauty and skill of the groomers. They are the most amazing groomers and we will continue to use them for the life of our puppies. Crystal and Jules took the time to get to know not only us, but the dogs. They took the time to make sure we were fully clear and on the same page before starting. This is the only grooming salon you should seek out if your looking for quality Poodle and Doodle groomers.

I've had a heck of a time finding someone I trust to groom him. I'm new to the area and found Shawna at PupTown and am incredibly happy. 1209 Potter Ave, RichlandBecause he is getting too big for me to handle by myself; I brought Marble (Siberian Mix, age 1.5y, size 20 lbs) here on Saturday January 3rd for a nail trim and a sanitary zone shave. Rebecca had him in and done in only 15 minutes. She was able to keep him from getting as stressed and I was amazed! We will definatly be returning for a full service groom when the Spring shedding time comes.

She’s very thorough and takes time to explain details and answer any questions regarding my animals. I never feel rushed through appointments, even with multiple pets. The entire staff is great! My fur babies are always happy to see the same smiling faces year after year. It really is comforting to know they are in good hands. Plus it’s clean, well kept, quiet and doesn’t have an odor like previous places I’ve taken my animals. Richland Animal Hospital is always my first recommendation to anyone looking for a place to take their pets!

There was no rush they gave you a home style setting and the people that work there we're awesome very kind and very considerate. They even joked with my son and laughed as his jokes. I admit, we were problem customers by being very loud, and 2 of us ended up throwing up from eating too fast but everyone here was so nice! We were admant on cleaning the mess by ourselves but every staff kicked in and helped out and asked how the sick people were doing. Highly recommend this place. We will be going back in the future!

Service We went on a weekend morning so there was a bit of a wait (~15-20 mins). After we were seated, the service was amazing and quick. Ambiance The ambiance is definitely a unique one and one that I don't see very often. It does have its own charm. It is a smaller establishment with lots of tables, so one may find it a bit cramped on the inside. Other Notes With this restaurant, you do get a bill that you have to pay at the front (like Denny's) and their restroom is a bit weirdly located. You'll have to go behind the counter and into a bit of the kitchen to get to it.

There was Chicken bingo which was hysterical. I don’t drink but my Son and his wife enjoy the beer and frequent this establishment.
