“The woman working there has helped me in the past. She is fantastic, even when super busy she holds herself together and doesn't get overwhelmed. However, being the only person there on Black Friday, the customer experience couldn't help but suffer. When one person (an amazing, very capable person) is tending to 6 to 8 customers by herself, individual attention is at a premium. Fortunately, I was picking up a second pair of boots and didn't need anything else. Not the employee's fault. It wasn't fair to have just one person on the biggest shopping day of the year.”

“After having moved to Richland, WA from Storm Lake, IA we were excited to have as many options available for our kids as was available at Dance Boutique. Our daughters are currently enrolled in 4 classes and spend several hours a week here. As a parent, the chairs are comfy enough while you wait. But if they threw in some free wi-fi I would probably camp out as much as my daughters do. Parking can get tough at times, but most parents are pretty good about pick-ups and drop-offs. Not to mention that if there were any problems, there would be about 20 other people who were already in their cars watching everything go down. My daughters love their classes (Hip Hop, Ballet, & Musical Theatre) and are looking forward to taking classes for many years to come.”
