“I like coming here they have tons of random stuff it’s like a thrift store but with new stuff and sometimes you can find really good stuff for cheap. Sometimes items are broken or partially stolen but you can probably find another one. They sell everything here like skincare, hair care, perfumes, clothes, accessories, kids toys, home decor, furniture, cups, mugs, kitchen materials, baby clothes, and they have a dog section. I really like this place to just browse and see what they have.”
“my rating is towards a girl who helped me find jeans yesterday. i didn’t catch her name unfortunately, but she’s younger, with dark medium length hair and had a bubbly personality. it’s a vague description, i wish i caught her name. she asked me if i needed help finding jeans and i knew what i wanted, but she made the process easier and faster and she told me the difference in some of the bke styles. i wanted high rise, bootcut, long length and helped me pin point my size, while checking in on me a lot. shoutout to her, the atmosphere was also pretty good, workers seemed happier to be there (: thank you girl”

I especially appreciate the store manager, who delivered outstanding service on the day of their annual inventory. Although the staff was likely exhausted, they still greeted customers warmly and were extremely helpful. Over the years, I've observed the manager many times, and she is always friendly and ready to assist. I don't know her name, but Loft is fortunate to have her overseeing the Columbia Center location in Kennewick.”

“Due to reasons you don't care about, I haven't worn makeup in a few years and decided, now that I no longer need to wear a mask, it was time for new makeup. I'm of an age that I really had no idea what I needed, or wanted. Stopped in Macy's cosmetics (Columbia Center Mall) and met Soshi (not sure how to spell it, but that's how it sounds to me). She started asking questions, and we moved from one counter to another and ended up at Clinique. Clinique is a brand I recognized, and have used. She helped me decide on a color, did not try to over sell me, in fact when I asked a couple of questions about a product, she ended up putting it back. I missed the 'make-up gene' when I was born, and this charming and knowledgable young lady was a great help. If you need help with makeup, I strongly recommend Macy's and ask for Soshi. She has a nice sense of humor, too ;-)”

“Went in for some wrestling shoes for my son and we initially weren’t really acknowledged by staff. (Not a huge deal) as we like to browse before we ask for help. When I did ask for help, they were polite and referred us over to a gentleman named Casey. He answered all of our questions and even though he was the only one running that section he communicated very well with customers, greeting and asking if they needed help, getting sizes and whatever they needed. So if you’re there, ask for him. He’s awesome!”

“Took my mom in to get some shoes. We were greeted immediately, and the young lady who helped us was fantastic. Very knowledgeable on the shoes features and on what kind of shoe would be best for my mom's healing broken ankle. Prices were competitive with other places that sold the same type of shoe. Definitely recommend Runners Soul.”
