“Today was my first time having service done at Richland Tire Factory. I needed an alignment done and they had the soonest availability out of all the places I contacted. I waited in their lobby and they were done in less than an hour. They had good customer service, communication, and documentation of the service completed.”

“I had a nail in my tire and went to Toyota where I purchased my car. My car is a little over 1 year old. They said I'd have to replace the tire at an expense of almost $400. We have purchased many tires from Discount so decided to check their pricing. They looked at my tire, said it could be fixed, had me wait while they fixed it, and DID NOT charge me for the repair. I had an excellent experience at Les Schwab. They got my car in quickly to remove a bolt from my tire and did it at no cost—something I really appreciate.
Cristine was amazing. She was handling a difficult customer but still managed to check me in smoothly and professionally without missing a beat. Her attitude and efficiency confirmed my decision to switch to Les Schwab from another nearby dealer.
My only recommendation: when a screw, bolt, or nail is removed, it would be great if the team showed it to the customer. I wanted to see if the bolt came from my garage or the road.
Overall, the service was outstanding—10 out of 10. Thank you!”
