“I found myself at Discount Tire today on my daughter's recommendation. I just needed to see if there was a nail or something in my tire, as it was definitely leaking air. I found out that the tire was too old to repair and that the tread depth indicated I should get new tires. I spoke with Christian about tires and started trying to crunch numbers in my head. So after we talk about tires I pull my car up to have the pressure checked in the tires. Omar (the General Manager I believe he said) walks up and expresses concern about the safety of said tire. Then the most incredible act of caring and kindness happened and to be honest as I sit at home and type this the tears of gratitude are still there. I have 4 new tires on my car and thanks to Omar not only will I be safe driving, but my grandchildren will be safe when they are with me. Omar I hope both you and Christian see this.
