“There's not much to say, this Bi-Mart seems like every other one.
I've owned and carried the Bi-Mart membership card in my wallet for 20+ years. Not once in all that time have I needed to show it, either at this store or any of the others I've been to. It's a good thing the card is made from a thin sheet of plastic!”
“Been using this location for gas for years. With the Fred Meyers Loyalty Program, you can lower the price by 3 - to - 10 cents off the displayed, advertsed price. Diesel prices are higher than Shell just South about a mile.”

“Freddie's is the go to grocery store in Scappoose and this trip is no different. I went in looking for some very specific ingredients and two ladies (Stephani and Suzanne) who worked there, basically became my personal shoppers and helped me get everything, even making sure that I didn't forget some critical ingredients that I needed and almost forgot.I can highly recommend finding these ladies if you are having trouble finding things in the store. :)Suzanne/Stephani, the cookies turned out great! “I only come here to return Amazon packages, but it’s been a while, and they’ve really stepped up their game! There are signs around the store making it easier to locate, plus a roped off queue. The woman working behind the counter was friendly and offered to tape up my package for me.
When I returned packages here a few years ago, you would have to tape up the packages yourself and the staff working the counter made it seem like you were bothering them. An elderly woman even chastised me for being too loud with the tape. I’m glad the vibes have vastly improved!”
“Came here with my girlfriend to browse their ring selection. Worked with Jamal, he is super knowledgeable and seems to enjoy working here. He opened a ton of cases for us, reccommended things he thought we would like, and offered to clean my girlfriends earrings for free when I mentioned they were dirty while she was trying on some peridot earrings. I have bought earrings and chains here in the past and there is always super knowledgeable and helpful staff.”
“Clean store and abundance availabilities of different products easily able to find and the ability to move around the store was quite well I do not agree personally with the self-checkouts to Lane checkouts because that takes away from the jobs that could be out there for more people also don't agree with the fact that there's more self checkouts open than there are Lane checkouts I mean I don't work for Walmart I shouldn't check myself out I mean should I get a paycheck or checking myself out but I think everybody's been complaining about that for years other than that Walmart in Woodland great Walmart”

“Nice clean store, well maintained shelves. And really nice staff. My first visit there, I locked my keys in the car and had to wait well over an hour for AAA. The cashier noticed how long I was waiting and brought me out a chair to sit in and I could have cried I was so grateful. I'm 67 and the old hips were killing me! I have told everyone I know and we all think she's a superstar! I wish I would have gotten her name.”
“I recently started using this pharmacy after having way too many bad experiences with Walgreens locations. This pharmacy is well supplied, fully staffed, and helpful with any of my questions or concerns. Sometimes there is a wait (seems like Mondays mostly) but the line moves quickly and really appreciate the hard work these folks are doing to keep us all supplied with our needed medications. They also offer vaccinations, including the flu and COVID-19, which can be scheduled in advance online or done as a walk up.”

“This is a NICE Target. Like… dangerously nice.
For those who don’t know, Target has been tempting America since 1902 (back when it was called Dayton Dry Goods). Over a hundred years later, they’re still doing what they do best: convincing you to come in for toothpaste and leave with throw pillows, snacks, and a small appliance you didn’t know you needed.
The Hazel Dell Target is big, clean, and somehow feels warmer than most retail stores. You walk in and think, “Ah yes, I could survive here.” Full grocery section, produce, chips, snacks, drinks, toys, clothes, kitchen stuff, small appliances — it’s basically a one-stop life support center.
The store is clean, well-organized, and the employees are genuinely friendly. Not the fake retail smile — the real “hey, how’s it going?” kind. You can tell a lot of people enjoy shopping here, and it shows. No chaos, no weird vibes, just solid Target energy.
If you live in Vancouver, WA, this is absolutely one of the better Targets to shop at. Easy to browse, easy to lose track of time, and very easy to spend more money than planned.

I have avoided this store as an InstaCart shopper for the last few weeks as it was just a complete *hit show in there!
For example they had rice & or rice type products in 3 different locations, how confusing is that?
Yesterday was absolutely FABULOUS & it seems as though any of the aisle shifting that they were going to do has been completed at least mainly in the grocery area.”
