I love that Dan did NOT try to upsell me and was honest.His advice about trying an external Roku device to bypass the LG TV internal wireless receiver appears to have worked!For a $20 purchase at Bi Mart I am now able to get wireless connection and am again enjoying YouTub & Netflix.Thanks, Dan, you are so appreciated.”

We seek them out, we always have a large cart full of items and have questions in regards to the target App or an items price. They always answer our questions showing urgency to our needs. We take a little longer because of our 2 yr old but they don't make us feel rushed, they are caring and understanding and people like Isaac typically don't get the recognition they deserve.
