The change from Rochester Lumber to Parr Lumber brought a more corporate system that has not matched the level of service we were used to. The biggest issue has been lien notices being sent to our customers, which led us to cancel our credit account and has somewhat limited how much business we do there. While we have adjusted more over time and are learning how to work within Parr’s system, that issue still keeps the relationship from working as smoothly as it otherwise could.”
