“Very pleased w/Miller's jewelry repair. Had a bad experience w/FredMeyers up the road from Miller's. So, after FredMeyers having our 3 wedding bands for 10 days and only 1 ring had been completed.. had a rush order w/ our wedding in 2 days, Miller's agreed to do our rings even though they were already backed up on their work orders. They were professional, courteous and did an outstanding job on our wedding bands. Completed a 10 day job in 2 days!! We thank you from the bottom of our ❤️ 's... I have deliberated for years about a stone for my wedding/engagement ring, and went in with a vague idea of what I wanted. DeeDee explored possibilities and the result was a ring more beautiful than I could have imagined. “I received my grandma's original wedding ring after she passed. It was missing a center diamond chip and needed to be restored. I'm so glad we chose this place!The person who helped us was super sweet and patient showing us many different options even though we ended up being there a bit after closing trying to decide what we wanted to do. We chose to replace the center with a diamond instead of fitting a small chip into the setting like before, but also wanted to keep the look as similar to the original as possible.They did such great work on it! It was done for a reasonable price and even ready sooner than expected. It's absolutely beautiful!We couldn't be happier with the whole experience and are extremely grateful for the level of care we received for a piece of jewelry that has more sentimental value to us than monetary worth. It was wonderful to be able to trust them with something so important to us and have confidence that they would do a good job, then have it turn out even better than we hoped.We will definitely be going back to them for any jewelry repair or purchases in the future and highly recommend them for everyone!”

“Went there today after getting donuts. 30 year anniversary, congratulations. I brought 3 pendants. One rose gold with moonstone and other gems. A kite yellow citrine artistry with diamonds, and purchased a white and yellow gold chain. Makes the necklace even more stunning. And a green moonstone pendant set in gold and diamonds. Love all my new lovelies. They polished my ring while shopping. And my son won a diamond, today was a most exceptional day. Thanks to all the friendly, wonderful staff. Sent pictures to my sister in Oregon, she wants to go shopping next visit.”

“I stopped in the other day to get my band fixed that I had bent really badly (pro tip: DON'T wear it to the gym). Everyone there was so sweet. I felt like I was visiting with friends while I waited on my ring, which took no time at all. Bending my ring back into position was also complimentary which I would have gladly paid for because they were so nice. I would love to get a custom band for my wedding ring one of these days and was considering my ring designer for the job but now I want to go here instead. It's also a locally owned family business which I love Highly recommend!”

“Went here with my 6 and 8 year old boys and they love to see what Pokemon they have. The staff is always very friendly and patient with my kids. Great spot to get cards graded and they sell Japanese pokemon packs which my kids were excited to get. Staff is great here.”

“Baby K loves her Gold Bracelet!Thank you ?They sold me a 14k gold Bracelet with shiny little stones in it for my daughter.They even engraved it and sized it for her same day, even actually under 20 minutes.Everything on the Bracelet was as described.Baby K absolutely loves it.The only funny part was the price negotiation.I'm not sure if they weren't expecting me to have the full amount or if thats just gut reaction because they get that all day being in B&I. “I had to have my ring cut off because a diamond came out and it no longer would fit over my knuckle. I called to see if I could have it done there, but had to leave a message on voice mail. The owner did call me back in a timely manner though and I'm so glad that he did! He was able to cut my ring off at no charge, and he was a wealth of information about how it can be repaired. He even puts images of your jewelry on a big screen so that you can see what he is talking about. He gives every customer all the time they need. I am still mulling all the information over, but I know where all my jewelry will be going when any repairs are needed from now on. He also has a nice selection of jewelry in the store and for very fair prices.”

I had EXTREMELY bad customer service going to the 72nd S. Tacoma Way location so I traveled to all my local tacoma & surrounding locations looking for that ring & what I found was UNBELIEVABLY INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE in an AMAZING WOMAN the manager by the Name of Lisa! Her attitude was a breath of fresh air ( not like the previous experience I had with the manager at the 72ndnd st. Store) Her attention & patience to detail was great & Her remembering what I was looking for the next time I came in was heartfelt & warming.Lisa & Lisa alone saved the Cash America company a customer such as myself (& I have spent a whole LOT of money up in there, yes I have!!!!!)Thank you Cash America for having Ms. Lisa there on that day I walked in that store & I just want you to know She is an EXTRAORDINARY Manager and She is the very reason I stayed a customer to your store & I don't know what she makes however you all should give that wonderful woman a very large $$$pay raise$$$ she loves the company, what she does, and she cares about the customers & that means a lot to us spending Our hard earned money!
