“What a great store to browse or to buy. Their extraordinary hardware collection is a family fave. Rows of bolts things, including metric fine pitch allen bolts being especially important to us on our most recent visit. Then there are the plants, the garden tchotchkes, cleaning supplies, and everything else! Good place to bring well behaved kids also, let them browse along with you.”

“Lifelong DYI guy here. After reading the horror stories on attempting to purchase kitchen cabinets from the various home centers, we decided to keep it local and work through the Dunn Lumber cabinet desk in Bellevue. As an added benefit the cabinets offered are manufactured by Canyon Creek right up the road in Monroe, WA. The project couldn't have gone better. Provide accurate dimensions, have some idea of your design preferences and Randy S. will dial you into the Canyon Creek product line, with full 2D and 3D renderings. Quotes, design refinement, order placement, scheduling, delivery, etc. it all went smoothly. It is so nice it is to have these quality local businesses and a qualified/skilled person at the other end of the phone to work with!”

“After 45 minutes of getting jerked around on the phone ( dropped calls, transferred to wrong departments, with more holds at the Southcenter location I contacted the ProDesk in Issaquah and got ahold of Nathan. He totally understood what I was trying to purchase and that I need to pick it up same day. He tried really hard to check inventory at multiple stores”
“They are great. I exchange 10lb CO2 for our home carbonated water system here about every six months. Unlike a lot of other supply houses like this, they don't care if you're just a regular Joe or a contractor. The pricing is reasonable (currently $29.26 with all taxes and fees). I've also always been served very quickly and staff has been friendly.
The tanks have also always been clean looking, although it just sits under our sink so I don't care so much about that. I'd highly recommend them.”

“Very happy with the service and that east side saw stands behind their work. I brought in a 29” buzz saw that needed sharpened and straightened. Although they did not achieve a tuned saw blade the first time they took it back in at no extra charge and brought it into with in 1/32 of an inch after it was out half an inch.”

In spite of a barrage of customers that seemed to show up all at once, Justin in the Appliance Dept. provided personable, knowledgeable and patient customer service to customers as well as coworkers who had questions. He was unflappable and efficient. Everyone was "attended to" thanks to the excellent service provided by Justin and others in the dept. It was clear that the sales staff at Lowe's are nice people that work as a team in helping customers. A pleasure to shop there. Kudos to Lowe's--keep up the great hiring picks!”

“My husband and I have been looking for non big box options for our home remodeling lighting needs--we're pretty tired of seeing the same bathroom sconces and outdoor lamps at Lowes, Home Depot, and even Seattle Lighting. Enter North Coast Electric. Friendly, approachable and low key staff! You don't feel like you're going to be directed to the $1000 crystal chandeliers! Then the selection--they have an amazing array of options from a very very wide variety of vendors. Table and bedside lamps, ceiling fans, chandeliers, outdoor lighting, bathroom mirrors--absolutely darling kids' lamps as well that I've never seen anywhere else. Prices seem very competitive, especially when you take into account the customized options available, wide variety of choices, and the cheerful employees. Give North Coast a try!”

I bought a place recently in Redmond and I was lucky to have Home Depot within a mile of my new place. I had to replace all the bathroom toilets and other kitchen appliances . Matt, a Home Depot outdoor loading associate, loaded my heavy home improvement toilet in an ex Uber that I ordered, and he did this with a smile and was very cordial and very enthusiastic about helping us.
Matt, was very professional, courteous and eager to help.

“Service was exemplary. I was greeted immediate and directed to an aisle where I could find needed materials. Once there and a little lost, I was rescued by another associate. Both were knowledgeable in both what I was working on as well as the store product that would best fit my needs. Checkout was a breeze with a Real Live Checker (I hate self checkout), and I was on my way minutes after arriving. Thanks Home Depot!”

“One thing I love about the organization I work for is it's a corporate standard to give back to the community on a monthly (not yearly,) basis. This month Habitat for Humanity store- Bellevue was selected, and what a fantastic day I had getting to know the team and volunteering. I was initially saddened to learn we wouldn't be helping build a project, but once the store team provided insight on how the donations, volunteers, and purchases from customers help make those projects happen I grew overly excited. I was pleasantly stunned at how much inventory was on hand, but especially the great quality. Many of the items for sale were brand new, and priced unbelievably low regardless of the branded name. Whatever your reason maybe for considering to shop at this location just know the Bellevue team really care and take great pride in ensuring all items are checked, cleaned, and sanitized before placing on the floor for sale. I have plans to not only donate, but volunteer and shop here again; I highly recommend!”

“Boy, what a great group of sales people in the Contractors Sales Department. Shawn, Hunter, Sage and Jennifer are so helpful it's almost embarrassing. Being a female GC, I'm so used to sales people talking down to me. Not these guys. I've used them for framing materials, hardware and windows. The team out front in the main store are also wonderful.. every one of them. You have no idea, as a customer, how nice that is. We've been going here since the mid-90's and will continue to shop here.”
