The staff here at Sammamish branch are clueless about their own bank policies and need better training.
I wanted to open an account but was asked to get it done at a different branch as they were not clear on the policy.
Another branch was able to open it for me, no questions asked.

Key bank is the absolute worst!! What bank won’t cash a check for their customer and provide them the bills they requested? Seriously you couldn’t hand my son his cash for the check he received? Why do you make everything so difficult? Is it your goal to cause customer hate and effort? Worthless.
