“I’m honestly surprised by some of the negative reviews. We moved to the Sammamish area 8 months ago, and this has been the best pharmacy we’ve used—hands down—compared to four others we tried. The team is always helpful and welcoming, gets our prescriptions ready quickly, and takes the time to answer all my questions. They’ve even offered to call my doctor, clinic, or insurance to get things sorted without delay.
We also love the mobile app—it’s easy to use and makes ordering medications simple. Thank you to the entire team for doing such a great job. No one asked me to write this review—I’m doing it because you truly deserve the recognition.”

“My dog has been injured and I've had a bad day. I got one of her meds at this pharmacy, and although it took longer than the original time I was given. The pharmacist was kind, helpful and clearly had compassion. He made my bad day a little brighter. Sometimes just some kind words and an apology is all you need. ❤️
