“I have been to every single Pharmacy on the east side of the greater Seattle area. Costco has been the best by far!!
They have answered the phone the most consistently, they’ve had the medications I’ve needed the most consistently, they’ve worked with me through various insurance companies, even if there’s a long line, they have four technicians working to get people to help they need. There have been some pharmacies. I have went through where I’ve waited 45 minutes in line just to find out that my child’s antibiotic was never even found in their system.
And if you don’t know, you can just go in without a Costco card use their pharmacy without a Costco card and leave without a Costco card. They might ask you for your Costco card, but you don’t need one to fill prescriptions there.”

“I don't get all the negative reviews (most from ages ago) except to say there's a lot of highly affluent and exceptionally entitled people in this area with zero self-awareness. To the negative reviewers: So you had to wait 20 mins for your Rx because you were too impatient to wait for the text message saying it's ready...poor baby...a minor inconvenience of your own making. I've frequented this location and its Pharmacy consistently for the last 3 years (before and after merger with Rite Aid) and not once have I ever experienced anything short of exceptionally friendly, courteous, and prompt service from literally every employee I've encountered. I've been greeted every time I've stepped inside the door ...every time! I can't think of another retailer I can say that about.”

“24/7 opening to help you get your meds and relief, no matter what time of day. Service is efficient and perfectly acceptable. Can get busy sometimes hence the wait time, but that’s hardly their fault. Drive-through pharmacy service is convenient, just allocate 5 minutes for each car you see in front of you in the line. grateful to have this service in our community, and actually serving all of Eastside with their 24/7 hours”
