“Very cute shop with a variety of styles, including many core (never go out of style) pieces that I’ve now added to my wardrobe. I wish I had asked the name of the nice lady who helped me (maybe A or E??), because she had a great eye and selected items for me that I had overlooked and ended up loving. I can’t count how many times I’ve left a shop that I probably would have liked, only because the staff followed me around and harassed me with “ooh, what about this? This would look great on you!”, but this was NOT the case at this lovely little boutique. Fun clothes. Fun shopping experience.”

“I mean it was fine. The only thing I can really say is that the section for kids was small, But I loved how much active wear there is. I loved the organization. There were a few parts of the store which were a tiny bit messy. It was nothing too special. But it was quite nice.

There are multiple classes I enjoy, and the inspiring staff make it easy to stay motivated. With so many class options, I can always find something that fits into my schedule—whether it’s before work, during lunch, or in the evening.
This place keeps me strong and moving the way I should. The only time I feel those unwanted aches and pains is when I don’t work out here.

Very reasonable pricing, and I especially appreciated that there was something in literally any price range and all of it was so special-looking that the shopping was super fun! My mom has Alzheimers and we love places like this to spend time in together. The 2 ladies running the shop were fun to chat and laugh with. I had to walk in here with my very little kids in tow - something I’d normally never attempt - because I had a work trip coming up and just didn’t have another option. The staff here swooped in and helped me pick out some tops to try on, got the kids some Goldfish crackers to keep them busy, gave me the biggest changing room, and I was in and out within 20 minutes with 4 great work tops for my trip before any kids had a meltdown. I was prepared to struggle and apologize and feel lucky to get out of there with one shirt but these women just completely helped me out and I’m utterly grateful. Customer for life! I won’t shop anywhere else now!”

They carry a higher quality clothing line, but, unfortunately for me, nothing fit me quite right nor did it look good on me. My body is very difficult to fit. The sales woman, Selen, was absolutely wonderful! She was very helpful and upon checkout told me that I can actually call and schedule an appointment to have them assist me in locating clothing with the proper size, style, color and fit. Definitely worth the visit.”

“This review is for a fantastic experience I had last week with the Alterations department at the Factoria Nordstrom Rack. A sweater I recently purchased online from Nordstrom had the sleeve seam come apart for several inches starting at the wrist. I love the sweater so didn't want to just return it, so I brought it with me when going to the Rack last week. The associate at the register (wish I'd gotten her name as she was so helpful) was certain their long-time tailor, Hanh Phan, could repair the sleeve for me so she personally walked me back to Alterations and explained the situation. With just a quick look at the sleeve Hanh said she could definitely repair it and to come back in 15 minutes. I was so impressed with the exceptional customer service by both of these women and will definitely recommend the Factoria Nordstrom Rack and their Alterations department in the future.”

“I wanted to negate some of the recent reviews. The gal at the counter was extremely helpful and not a racist by any means. Agree that it mostly caters to teenagers but it was worth going there for me once. Not a whole lot of selection but I found a couple of adult business casual dresses and a couple of sweaters.”
