“Jojoe is THE MAN!!!! There are not enough, kind words to say about this man as a person and on top of what a good and honest businessman he also is. When fathers have daughters and they hope that should they need a mechanic that they get an honest person that would work on their car as their dad would Jojoe is that person. My car was not an easy fix. It was an electrical issue and he did not stop until that job was complete. He went above and beyond to do all the research one of the parts he had to fix everything online said it would take hours and hours to complete Jojoe got it done in 45 minutes! Not only that, but he like likes when you’re out there with him and he can show you and teach you every step of the way and why he’s doing what he’s doing. It makes me emotional, even to write this because I am so grateful to have met him and for how good he took care of me and the car. The first words that come to mind are honest and thorough When describing who Jojoe is. He deserves everything good in life. And his work is incredible!”

“We were on our way home from a long trip and had parked our car down the street from International Auto. Our battery died over the week we were gone, I was able to walk down the street in the pouring rain and purchase a new battery. The manager was very helpful and kind while dealing with some other difficult customers. He let me borrow a tool, get my car going, then I brought the car back and they installed the new battery for me. Saved our day and got us home after a very long day. Thank you so much International Auto!”

“Pape'- Kenworth is a team of experts like no other. I lost power/engine shut off on SeaTac freeway @ 65 mph. Newsflash: They don't service motorcoaches anymore (they specialize in fixing half a million dollar semi-trucks) but THANK YOU Howard in Upper management...who stepped in & they made an exception.
He assigned Jeff a top electrical mechanic who immediately spotted the point of failure. Part was expedited. Howard & another team player even provided assistance getting my tow car onto a UHaul dolly for me & sent this happy camper on to my resort destination in Long Beach WA. Ten stars for this highly trained TEAM. Personal note: It was nice to deal with caring & considerate human beings instead of robots.”

“I put a boo boo on my brand new car and was heart sick. I got several estimates in the area, but I should have gone straight to Sonic. Not only were they the most reasonable ,they were the most honest with what was necessary. They actually came in under the original quote because once they got into it, they could see it wasn't as bad as it could have been. One local highly rated shop's quote was 4 times what I paid Sonic. Part of it is because there was a teeny tiny dent that all the others said would require a whole section of the car to be repainted and decals replaced. Sonic did some kind of magic and you can't even tell. I am eternally grateful I was able to pay oop and avoid having an insurance claim.”
