I was so stressed when what I ordered turned out way too small. They were able find the exact same fabric and expand my sherwani from a size 36 to a size 40 by replacing the whole back panel and collar! It was a miracle performed in just 2 weeks! “I stumbled into this boutique one Saturday afternoon and I'm so glad I did. I love everything about this store. I walked in and Marta and Lola helped me find clothes that make me feel so good. Since I started shopping here countless people have walked up to me and said how much they like my outfit, this has never happened to me before. Lola and Marta purchase good quality clothes, purse, scarves that look amazing. I'm short and thicker in my legs and they always pick out things that help those troubled areas. I've spent thousands of dollars with clothes delivery services and nothing ever fit right and I'd alway end up with the same shirt just in five different colors. After Marta and Lola got done with me I now have beautiful comfortable clothes that I can mix match with beautiful scarves and add little things to make it a whole new look. The shopping experience was fun, personable and the gave my husband wine while I shopped away. Love this store so much and so thankful I stumbled into the wonderful boutique.”
“This store is perfect for unique gifts for friends and family or myself! I love the jewelry, plants, candles, gorgeous bouquets, chocolates, pop-up cards, but there's also artwork, kitchen gifts, spice rubs- it's awesome. The owner is super wonderful and helpful as well. Plus, they have other business owners that will set up displays of their cupcakes, jewelry, pumpkins, or whatever to sell as well.”

“Great selection of clothing but prices are on another level of expensive. Also, it'd be great if the staff were more knowledgeable about the historical significance of Eddie Bauer and the origination of puffer jackets. I'm pretty sure, based on what I learned at the Museum of History and Industry, that Eddie Bauer invented one of the original puffer jackets, and I think the store should celebrate that success more prominently. Eddie Bauer should tell its Seattle-based origination story more. There was a timeline display on the wall, but I think most people interpret it only as decorative art, and even the employees seem to read it for the first time when I asked them the puffer jacket question.”
“The staff at this location are always top notch. This time they helped me with a return and gave me the name and item number for a skirt and things I wanted that are only plus online. I did find a plus size corset/belt thing in store which I'm pretty happy about”

“I had a very positive experience at this store. I was in need of a suit on short notice, and had no idea how to dress myself appropriately which led to me haphazardly picking out separate suit pieces of from different brands. It wasn't until a gentlemen at the register noticed, explained why it would be problematic if I were to continue with this purchase. They proceeded to walk me through the store, and picked out different brands and fits for me to try. After about 30 - 45 minutes, the end result was a significant improvement over what I had initially chosen.
This was in stark contrast to Men's Warehouse down the road where they simply handed me a suit to try, and walked away after gesturing the general direction of the fitting room. I had hoped for a bit more interaction given that I was only 1 of 2 customers currently in the store. After stepping out of the fitting room, and feeling like the suit didn't particularly fit me -I was left standing there while the attendants were all idly chatting as if I didn't exist. I stood there hoping for some feedback on what could be improved; however, when it became clear they weren't going to intervene, I lost all motivation to continue with the purchase, and left soon after.
I expected more from Men's Warehouse, but got much less for a higher price tag. I expected less from K&G Fashion, yet got so much more in value in both product and cost; I walked away with a slightly tailored jacket, shirt, and pant that worked well with my body type for less than $250. I will definitely make this a more permanent consideration for future clothing concerns if for no other reason than to support the business.

“I had probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had when shopping yesterday. I have never bought a pair of jeans from buckle before, so when it came to style, wash, low rise, high rise, I had no idea what I wanted. The most amazing, kind, and helpful employee named Devin stayed with me for at least an hour bringing me so many different styles. She even tried on some of the same jeans with me so I could see how they fit from a different perspective. She did nothing but hype me up, and was honest with me when it came to what looked best on my body type. Never in my life have I felt so confident and comfortable in a pair of jeans, let alone with any employee I’ve come across. THIS GIRL SERIOUSLY DESERVES A RAISE!!! She’s genuine, kind, helpful, and made my shopping experience so much fun (I’m usually stressed and overwhelmed when shopping) but something about her made me feel at peace. I left feeling content, and confident. THANK YOU SO MUCH DEVIN. I highly highly recommend looking for Devin when you stop by. She’ll make sure you’re taken care of ;)”
“I ended up visiting 2 stores looking for my daughter's present. The first Zumiez was located in Kent Shopping Plaza, and they were extremely helpful. Albeit, they didn't have what I was looking for; the young lady inside was able to locate the exact style and size of Converses my daughter wanted and placed them on hold at the other store which was located in Southcenter. Upon arrival there, the young man was also very helpful in locating the item that was placed on hold and my daughter's face lit up with joy. So, thank you, Zumiez staff, for helping to make this a really good Christmas for us.”

Bathing suits here are custom made to fit you and if they do not fit, the company will re-do the bathing suit to your satisfaction. I was extremely pleased with the level of service. Be sure to order early as it does take a while to get products sent to you.”
