“Assistant Manager Galia from the Tukwila location was super helpful! I came in a couple weeks ago to shop for a few outfits for my trip coming up and she came to my fitting room with thee PERFECT dresses! I came in not even knowing what I was looking for and came out with items that matched so well with where i was going. Windsor doesn’t carry plus sizes but she took the time to find dresses made with stretchable fabrics for me to try on and they worked out so well! Great hospitality from that young woman !”

Victor didn’t just help me find clothes—he helped me find purpose. Okay maybe not purpose, but definitely the right size and a whole other store that had a sold-out collector’s item I was hunting for like it was a rare Pokémon.
He didn’t even work for that store. I don’t know if he’s on payroll or a side quest NPC, but either way—he crushed it.

“I was treated so so good here, from the moment I walked in I had questions and was answered with clear directions & discounts, I was with my 2 year old son & he was going wild, I was getting him more jeans and the pairs I picked and brought to the fitting room were too small & I needed a bigger size, I asked someone and they got them to me within a minute.. no attitude, no looks, just helpful & gracious while doing so, Chris was a huge help for me as well, made things easier, didn’t rush me & truly made my life a lil easier all together in that moment. “Came in shopping for my son. For at least the last decade this company no matter what mall you went to, the employees just seemed dead inside and lacked customer service.
When we walked in this past weekend we were happily greeted by several employees and there was a guy there who asked my son’s name and asked what we were looking for. They were overjoyed and happy to help and made the experience so much better

“First, from the moment I walked into the Ross in Tukwila, a security staff member welcomed me right away, which set a positive tone for the visit. After that, the store was really easy to browse, though I did notice that some of the shelves on the left were stacked quite high, making the space feel a bit towering.
Second, despite that, the selection was fantastic. They have a huge variety of items—everything from tools to kitchen essentials. I was able to snag a tank top, a dish scrubber, and some other household goods—all at really reasonable prices.
Lastly, I do wish they still had a public restroom for customers like they did before, but I understand the security changes. Overall, though, it’s a great place with a lot of variety and good value!”

“I went into PacSun at Southcenter Mall the weekend before Christmas to purchase some gifts. I expected the experience to be a bit challenging, but was pleasantly surprised that it was the opposite.
Atreyu helped me find items for my daughters, locate correct sizes, looked in the system to identify when or where I could purchase items that weren’t on the floor yet. He opened a dressing room so I could try on clothing for myself. Upon check out, I realized that he was the only one who assisted me the entire time. I asked him if he was working alone and he confirmed that he was.
I was so impressed with how he seemed to manage the demands of the busy store pre-holiday weekend rush with such ease and warmth. He didn’t seem to have any difficulty managing the store on his own and did it with kindness.
PacSun has great clothing. Their selection is stylish and a great place for me to shop for gifts that I know my three teenage kids will love.”
