The person that assisted me with the purchase was very helpful. When I was unable to get the pendant on the necklace, Laurens got it on for me. Mary expertly evaluated the ring, and helped us determine what was needed to tune it up so it could be used by our son to propose. She separated the band, made minor adjustments to the setting, re-sized it, and polished it up. We were thrilled with her expert advice, and seeing the final result was so meaningful and special! They restored my ring to absolute perfection in only a day! Fits like a glove, stones polished, metal smoothed and exactly like new. I was shocked when I picked it up. “While "fancy" jewelry hasn't been my thing, I do have priceless sentimental pieces that need love from time to time. Most recently was a necklace that had been my dad's mom's piece and that my mom wanted to wear to my dad's memorial service. Menashe original gave me a week's turnaround for the work (which was reasonable), but when they heard what it was needed for, they got it done the next day instead! I'm sure I was lucky that they didn't need to special order materials to complete the work, however, the effort is noted and deeply appreciated as well as the work being soundly completed. I definitely will return with the next need.”

“Seattle Gold Grills is Great family Black owned place i meet the whole family and everyone super nice it feels like family i got fangs cap (2 top and 2 bottom) and they adjusted em for me on the spot so they fit they even remade some of them because of the fit remade my molds and everything just so they would fits better and they fits perfect after adjustment. Im going back for sure i cant see myself goin no where else”
