“Dan has worked on my ring twice, once to fix a missing stone and the second time to resize it. He does excellent work with an eye for detail, exactly what you want in a jeweler. I made the mistake of trying to go to a jeweler closer to my home in North Seattle after he moved to Burien and the service was not friendly and the price 3x higher. I cancelled the order and took it to Dan instead. He is worth the drive!”
“I had a broken box chain necklace I needed to get repaired. I did some research and looking around and found Lisa Esztergalyos's Jewelry shop in West Seattle and decided to take the chain there to get worked on. I dropped it off and less than 2 weeks later was contacted to pick it up. My experience was very good, both dropping it off and picking up the necklace. The repair was professional and well done. Cost was what was expected for that type of work. If you have some jewelry in need of repair, you should contact Lisa and see what she can do for you.”

“I had a watch worked on at Fast Fix at the mall 3 different times and the second hand still hung up on the minute hand, I paid 3 times and still not right. Took it to Jay Lauris and Robert fixed it in about 5 minutes and refused to charge me. Unheard of in this world. Thank you Robert.”
“It was amazing working with Lauren on a custom engagement ring. The process was easy and comfortable, they answered all of my questions and concerns and really listened to what I wanted. “Owner Kalee and staff made a spectacular hand-engraved platinum vintage-style ring for me with a large garnet I already owned. The ring is beautiful, substantial, heirloom quality, and was a great price, too. I live in California and the entire process was easily handled via email. I own alot of jewelry from the big online vendors--James Allen, Blue Nile, Brilliant Earth, Costco, Etsy, etc., and Sholdt beat them all in quality, value, and a unique product. “When my grandmother passed away she left drawers full of jewelry behind. Helping my parents as executors of the estate, we didn't know what we were dealing with. They spent HOURS going through the jewelry with us, helped us understand which had value as fine jewelry (and approximately how much value) and which needed more research done elsewhere. We were very surprised by some items! Amazingly, they had no expectation of any business in return - they didn't even charge us for going well over the "free" 90 minutes they usually offer. They even cleaned my mom's ring, and some of the estate jewelry, at no charge. On top of that, they were extremely friendly and easy to work with, welcoming even my young baby in the store. Honest, kind people who just seem to love what they do. I would absolutely trust this place for any jewelry needs in the future.”

“I really don't like normal jewelry stores at all, but truly enjoyed working with Mary on two pieces of jewelry now. My wife sends me jewelry screenshots for things she likes, which are impossible to find matches for in a normal jewelry shop, but Mary can just order whatever stones you need, and then create whatever you are looking for. Pricing is always fair and transparent too. She's fast too - I requested a custom piece on Friday night, she ordered stones Monday morning, which arrived Tuesday, she worked to assemble everything Tuesday night, overnighted the jewelry to me on Wednesday, which I received Thursday. I will be back!”

“Let me start by saying ... THE BEST Service I've EVER RECEIVED! Do I recommend this place? Heck YES!! This is my second time here! So the first time I also received really good service. I got sent here by another shop that I sent too in the same mall. My Rolex had stopped working and I was just totally freaked out. I couldn't think ... I just googled got a place that I could drop my watch off at that wouldn't rip me off. Well my first stop was Fast Fix in south center mall. Well that guy ... held on to my watch for 3 days . after me calling every day about an update .. he tilt me to come pick it up. He actually scratched the back trying to open it! Then he told me to come here. So I admit ... I was really upset about the scratch and that he basically did Nothing. So when I came here ... I was a bit nervous but as I walked in, I was treated by 2 wonderful ladies and I told them where I came from and they took all my info and started the process. They said that they would call me when the watch guy comes in and let me know what's happening. They clearly did do that!! Anyways the first time they replaced a gasket. Very professional & fast. Great Communication and awesome staff!! Oh and the price was fair.Now fast forward a year or so ... I originally bought my Rolex in Las Vegas, so with that being said ... since I had an upcoming trip to Vegas, I thought I'd take my watch in when I get there so I did. After a day they said that I should do an overhaul that's going to cost $600. I went to pick it up and told them I would think about it. It would take 2-3 weeks and they would ship it back to me. At the same time I thought ... if I needed to do an overhaul, this place would've told me the last time I brought it to them. So I dropped my watch off on Sunday and gif a call on Tuesday that my watch is ready and that it only had to be oiled. They didn't even charge me!! Now talk about GREAT SERVICE!! I will ALWAYS be back!! This is my new place!! If you have a Rolex.... YOU NEED it to be serviced HERE!! I found my place and I hope you find it to be your place as well!!”
