From pickup location customer service to hiden costs, I have not been satisfied with my experience. Hiding fees instead of making them clear is bad business. I will not rent from Thrifty again.

Good experience at this location quick and easy only took 30 minutes total waiting in line, completing paperwork at the counter, walking to the car, and exiting the facility.
Ragni is amazing very helpful and so polite. Excellent customer service from Ragni!

Two agents for 12 waiting renters, even though there are 9 stations. The online check-in didn't work, even after completing the full reservation and payment - the app wouldn't verify the license that I've used the prior two rentals. An hour wasted to verify.
