“An efficient operation once you've been here a few times. The shuttle drops you off in front of the counter area. If you're a National user with status, jump off the bus and head to your right. Take escalator down the the National car pickup area and pick your vehicle.”
“This was our first time renting from Sixt. The price was reasonable and shuttle to where where the rental cars are in the Seattle Airport was simple and fast. “Great Hertz rental at SeaTac During a hectic time at SEA with the World Cup in town , Hertz delivered excellent service and a great vehicle. Very professional & helpful at the counter, on my way quickly. Vehicle was completely clean and quite new. Return took minutes. Agent was helpful with directions to cab /uber pick up, enabling us to make an earlier ferry to Bainbridge”
“My experience was 5-star from beginning to end. I reserved a sedan in advance of my trip (to SeaTac). The young lady that helped me was professional and patient with me, as I forgot to bring proof of insurance. That was easily resolved with a call to my insurance agent.
Make sure to follow the directions in their text mssg as to how to get to and from their office from baggage claim. As another has said, do not take car rental shuttle bus.
I returned the rental on 7/3 and the $250.00 deposit was credited back to my cc on 7/8. Considering their hours and 4th of July, I think that was reasonable.
Also the gentleman that seemed to be the owner/manager was friendly and patient as well.
If I could give them 10 stars I would.

“Pros: Really appreciated skipping the line through preferred. Bonus was being able to select my car choice on the app from a preset list - including an upgrade! Selected car, 2025 Subaru Outback, was new and mechanically sound. Staff was really nice. Dropoff was straightforward.
Cons: Car could've been more clean; there were food crumbs, wrappers, sand/dirt, etc. in pretty noticeable areas.”
“I was worried about the bad reviews but my experience was great. I did had to wait in line for about 20 mins but that was as bad as my experience got with them. I made sure to tell the person at the desk that I had my own insurance and she did not pushed to sell me additional ones.
Overall, I had a good experience with them.”
“Anthony, the friendly agent, ( he got a 6-pack of Tatyto for being Mr Nice Guy) checked us in on 9 June for a brand new Dodge Ram 2500, he says ‘welcome to your tour of gas stations of America’. Class wit, excellent comment, turns out to be true, however, worth every penny as we tour America in our big red truck. I’m currently getting 14 mpg over the last 1700 miles. Best vehicle i have ever rented in the US. Overall best value too, as I got a premium vehicle at a low rental price.”
