“My experience was 5-star from beginning to end. I reserved a sedan in advance of my trip (to SeaTac). The young lady that helped me was professional and patient with me, as I forgot to bring proof of insurance. That was easily resolved with a call to my insurance agent.
Make sure to follow the directions in their text mssg as to how to get to and from their office from baggage claim. As another has said, do not take car rental shuttle bus.
I returned the rental on 7/3 and the $250.00 deposit was credited back to my cc on 7/8. Considering their hours and 4th of July, I think that was reasonable.
Also the gentleman that seemed to be the owner/manager was friendly and patient as well.
If I could give them 10 stars I would.

The parking lot, halls, and storage units are very clean. It looks like they must clean the halls pretty frequently. The indoor parking lot for loading and unloading feels very secure with a code to get into the building as well as the elevator. There are well-maintained carts for bringing things to and from the storage units. The elevators operate smoothly and quickly.

“My wife and I needed somewhere to keep our stuff while house hunting. We originally chose this place because the units were accessible until 11PM every night and the only free time I had during the move was late in the evening. Every time I was able to drop boxes off after dinner or grab something out of a box before bed, I was thankful that we did.
Also, every time I needed to talk to the staff, from move in to move out, they were exceptionally pleasant and easy to work with. Overall, they made keeping our stuff stored safely the least stressful part of a relatively stressful move and for that I will always be grateful.”

“I will forever rent from this company!! They treated me with such respect and the process was unbelievably smooth! The truck was so easy to drive, new and had a lot of get up and go! I rented a 16’ truck and honestly it felt more like I was driving my mazda3 as opposed to a cube van! One thing I wished I had noticed before I was on my way back dropping it off was the convenient backup camera that shows in the rear view mirror! What a brilliant idea! But now I know for the next time I have to rent a truck! You’ll definitely have happy hauling in your next move if you rent from Penske versus UHaul for sure! Well done Penske!”

I originally went in uhaul site since they use to be affiliated with them but that was when they were First Ave Storage now they are now CubeSmart Storage. They were able to help me right away today and and got move in on my lunch break so it was awesome experience and again very helpful in my time of need. “My experience with the Burien WA U-Haul location was top notch. I used this location twice and the manager was really friendly and helpful. I ended up renting a storage unit from him even though I had already paid for a Public Storage unit a block away. I felt much more confident and secure with leaving my property in the unit on their property. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. If you’re ever find yourself needing anything moving related and are in the Seattle area please think this location to help you get peace of mind during what a stressful time it can be when you’re needing a company like U-Haul.”
“The only thing that weirded me out was that the lighter sockets were dead, so I couldn't charge my phone, and it died during the moving process. There was no lock at the back, but other than that, the process was quick and awesome! The professionals were patient ( I had to get my card corrected by the company, and it took 20 to 25 minutes, and they were wholly understanding. They were kind and courteous.”

“Karla is an absolute superstar! Today i rented a truck from this location. My time for pickup was towards the end of the store's hours and i was running behind schedule. When i walked up, staff was leaving and had already locked up for the night. Karla saw me walk up to the door and answered with a smile asking for what I needed. She swiftly invited me in to help me out. She was kind, professional and efficient. It seems rare to see someone go over the top to help someone like this and Karla's demeanor was extremely refreshing. I will be sure to use this location for all moving needs from now on!”

“A big plus on this location is that despite the lack of many vehicles, the only people that seem to rent from there are the ones that have storage there, so vehicles are always available, unlike the U-Haul facility that is about one mile to the west.”
“Larry saved the day for us! Reservation was made to pick up at one of the Home Depot locations and everything went sideways. Then came Larry who made everything right. He arranged for us to pick up at his location, had everything ready and inspected before we arrived. Super friendly and upbeat and super knowledgeable. We were so happy with his service that we reserved a second truck specifically through this location the next weekend. Larry you’re the best!”
“Over the years it has been my experience when renting from U-Haul there are two types of stores. The first type the one you go into where clearly nobody likes their job and they are just doing the minimum to get through the day. This is not one of those stores.
I went in needing a trailer to travel across the country and Tyler was incredibly helpful making sure to help me through the process. He talked to me about my trip while we worked on getting a U-Haul talk to me about the right equipment and made sure everything worked. Even gave me the rundown if there was an issue while driving or the lights didn't work just stopped in he'll get me fixed up real quick in no time.
Then when it turned out I didn't need the trailer the next day he just took care of it real quick remembering my name and my account. If you're going to rent a U-Haul this is the spot.”

“Very well run. The staff is friendly and very efficient. The location is well organized and clean inside and out. We are U-Haul fans, and this is the best run U-Haul I have been to. Highly recommend. Note: like virtually every U-Hail, they don’t offer parking for your personal vehicle, so plan ahead. Google Maps street view is very helpful.”
