“My experience was 5-star from beginning to end. I reserved a sedan in advance of my trip (to SeaTac). The young lady that helped me was professional and patient with me, as I forgot to bring proof of insurance. That was easily resolved with a call to my insurance agent.
Make sure to follow the directions in their text mssg as to how to get to and from their office from baggage claim. As another has said, do not take car rental shuttle bus.
I returned the rental on 7/3 and the $250.00 deposit was credited back to my cc on 7/8. Considering their hours and 4th of July, I think that was reasonable.
Also the gentleman that seemed to be the owner/manager was friendly and patient as well.
If I could give them 10 stars I would.

“I've rented multiple storage units over the years from all the big name corporate storage companies. West Coast Self storage is miles ahead of the rest. Firstly and most importantly the hours you can accsss your unit actually accommodate working people. Every other unit i have had is accessible 9am-5/6p, and even 2 were closed Sundays. I work 6 days a weel mon-sat 8am-6pm. so literally would have to take a vacation day to go put a couple things in my storage. West coast (at least Columbia city location) 6am - 10 pm 7 days. I have plenty of time to stop by before work if needed and plenty of time after. Hours are the only are where storage facilities can really set themselves apart from competition and WCSS does that. Allowing working people to access their units on their time and oh yeah they don't charge extra for after hour access. The cherry on top? at lest this location is the staff TOP NOTCH. Super friendly. sign for packages for me and call to tell me they came in. I could go on and on 10* /5”

“I had a phenomenal customer service experience. Amanda was friendly and efficient when we spoke on the phone, and Alex got up to greet me every time I came in the store. I was impressed with the quality of the truck, and I could tell every other vehicle on the lot was in just as good condition.
I look forward to renting with them again.”

“My wife and I needed somewhere to keep our stuff while house hunting. We originally chose this place because the units were accessible until 11PM every night and the only free time I had during the move was late in the evening. Every time I was able to drop boxes off after dinner or grab something out of a box before bed, I was thankful that we did.
Also, every time I needed to talk to the staff, from move in to move out, they were exceptionally pleasant and easy to work with. Overall, they made keeping our stuff stored safely the least stressful part of a relatively stressful move and for that I will always be grateful.”

“Rented a newer model Silverado in excellent condition that towed our trailer with ease. Online rental system is clunky but it worked: took ~10min from arriving at the location (they geofence in the app and website) to getting the keys. The staff is very friendly! It's a busy location so expect a line if you need to go to the counter. We've used this location several times and they are seemingly constantly getting new vehicles, including some box vans with backup cams (finally!)”

“We just came 2220 difficult miles to get to the Seattle area. We had almost daily road hazard issues and Penske people came through each time like champions! We actually were able to keep our basic schedule and get to our next hotels in time for a good night's sleep each night. The Truck Stop in Auburn, WA is our drop-off point and the folks here are top notch. They are friendly, helpful and professional. I recommend both Penske and this location for their people and quality of services. Also - Having made a few long trips now - I can testify to experiencing a superior ride in Penske trucks and to arriving at my destination relatively refreshed over what happened with other rental brands.”
