“I had a great experience moving with U-Pack. All the staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful, and my items arrived on time and undamaged. Booking and managing my move throughout the process was also really easy and intuitive.”
“I will forever rent from this company!! They treated me with such respect and the process was unbelievably smooth! The truck was so easy to drive, new and had a lot of get up and go! I rented a 16’ truck and honestly it felt more like I was driving my mazda3 as opposed to a cube van! One thing I wished I had noticed before I was on my way back dropping it off was the convenient backup camera that shows in the rear view mirror! What a brilliant idea! But now I know for the next time I have to rent a truck! You’ll definitely have happy hauling in your next move if you rent from Penske versus UHaul for sure! Well done Penske!”
“Tyler was the best! He got the paperwork done quickly, was super friendly, answered all of our questions, and was a pleasure to work with. This was a stressful time for us as we were moving to Canada, and he did everything he could to help us on our way. I highly recommend!”
“Superb customer service, and very convenient to use. The U-Haul desk is in the front of the Kent McLendon store near the cash registers. Any of the cashiers can call someone up to help you at the desk. They go out of their way to make it as effortless as possible.”
“Great experience! Robert was very professional and helpful, with hints that most companies wouldn't give out. He made this a great experience and I will happily rent trucks here again.”
“I pick up trucks here for work, and get my propane tanks filled here as well. The owner and employees are nice and responsive. Been coming here a couple years and the service is consistently good.”
“ubox is under a great manager that is always willing to help and fix any needs the customer need and always willing to allow customers to use th dumpster to throw away unwanted thing Mike is an amazing gm and his crew r amazing and very very helpful”
“I owned a staging company here in Washington State before we moved to Az. I was Renting a u-hauls minimum 2 times a week. If I knew that location earlier, it would be the only place I would rent a truck from!!!The owner It's very nice and helpful. He helped me on multiple occasions when I needed a truck ASAP, and couldn't find anything closer to my location.I truly recommend that place, it's the best U-haul place I ever had the pleasure to work with!”
“Very busy company but t I help me in a timely manner. I did my part as a renter and they did their professional best that received a good deal in a timelyml manner. They are simply the best. Doesn't get any better than that.”

“Evie & her rep (I cannot remember her name but she pulled the truck out for us upon pickup and checked us out) were absolutely wonderful! So helpful & kind. I really appreciate this experience being from LA and not having had the opportunity to really experience good customer service in Seattle. Thank you ladies!”
