I rented a 16’ truck and honestly it felt more like I was driving my mazda3 as opposed to a cube van! One thing I wished I had noticed before I was on my way back dropping it off was the convenient backup camera that shows in the rear view mirror! What a brilliant idea! “Over the years it has been my experience when renting from U-Haul there are two types of stores. The first type the one you go into where clearly nobody likes their job and they are just doing the minimum to get through the day. This is not one of those stores.
I went in needing a trailer to travel across the country and Tyler was incredibly helpful making sure to help me through the process. He talked to me about my trip while we worked on getting a U-Haul talk to me about the right equipment and made sure everything worked. Even gave me the rundown if there was an issue while driving or the lights didn't work just stopped in he'll get me fixed up real quick in no time.
Then when it turned out I didn't need the trailer the next day he just took care of it real quick remembering my name and my account. If you're going to rent a U-Haul this is the spot.”
“Superb customer service, and very convenient to use. The U-Haul desk is in the front of the Kent McLendon store near the cash registers. Any of the cashiers can call someone up to help you at the desk. They go out of their way to make it as effortless as possible.”

“I owned a staging company here in Washington State before we moved to Az. I was Renting a u-hauls minimum 2 times a week. If I knew that location earlier, it would be the only place I would rent a truck from!!!The owner It's very nice and helpful. He helped me on multiple occasions when I needed a truck ASAP, and couldn't find anything closer to my location.I truly recommend that place, it's the best U-haul place I ever had the pleasure to work with!”
