The customer service is described as awesome, above and beyond, top notch, and with amazing integrity and ethics. The staff is extremely communicative, willing to help work through problems, and goes the extra mile, including solving issues and tracking down parts years later. They show an immediate response to any field or product issues and stand behind their products. While an appointment is required for sales help, the showroom is open for browsing. We've had some specialty fixture needs on our new home. Abbrio and in particular their sales rep, Amber, have been awesome to work with. Their selection is excellent and they are always willing to help work through problems. They do require an appointment for sales help but the showroom is open to browsing.

The staff are incredibly nice, thorough, and creatively solve problems - what more could you ask for? Price? They're competitive with other brick & mortar stores. There is value in working with someone who wants to see you love your choices and be successful in your project.
