“A1 Cabinets& Granite by far has the best service, pricing, quality of stones and work. It was a very smooth communication with Kelvin and Casey. There are many varieties of stones that we can choose from. We brought our measurements to the show room, pick the stone we like and set up an appointment for the installation. We highly recommend A1 Cabinets & Granite to anyone who’s looking to an upgrade their kitchen and bathroom.”

“Thanks to this store, we ended up with the highest quality cabinet and stone work. They are one of the few people that give affordable quartzite stone installation. It’s harder than granite to cut quartzite and they did a beautiful waterfall with it! Highly recommend.”

“This review is coming from someone who had a very difficult home remodel not too long ago. There was multitude of items that I felt my previous contractor could have done differently which could have prevented the situation from getting too stressful. So when we discovered dry rot in our carport during a walkthrough with another contractor for some touch up painting; I was having flashbacks. This job was unique in that it required both a roofer and a carpenter because it involved both types of structure. I had more than one contractor explain to me how to fix the problem but then promptly reject the job because they did not have a roofer on staff. Trying to coordinate two completely separate contractors is like trying to corral cats; you can't. One of the big advantages of going with Richard in our case was he had a roofer on staff. His outfit is sort of a one stop shop. Richard was very responsive in his communication and we replaced our deteriorating wood and updated our roof shortly thereafter to prevent further damage. Richard came in at the estimate we agreed upon at the beginning. We hope we don't have to do any major repairs on our home but Mallory Contracting will definitely be one of the outfits we reach out to for an estimate should the need arise. My wife and I were satisfied.”

“We used Cabinet Works for our new kitchen remodel. We had a design but Jonas, the owner, brought some great design ideas that we incorporated. We were interested in using CW because they tout using all plywood construction for their cabinets, which we really wanted after having cheap Ikea cabinets made of particle board. CW is an old-school shop and makes everything by hand. The quality is great and they did all of the detailing as we wanted. Their installer, Vald, did a terrific job with the installation and really helped us get it right. I would ask for him as your installer. We are pleased with how things turned out and it met our budget.”

“Christine and Cici made our kitchen remodeling experience enjoyable from start to finish. From the initial design consultation to the final installation, they were professional, communicative, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality exceeded our expectations. We absolutely love our dream kitchen and couldn't be happier with the result. We highly recommend ABS Seattle to anyone looking for a smooth, high-quality remodeling experience!”

“Always a nice visit and so much selection! Training people during store hours is hard. But maybe don't yell the instructions across the aisles lol it was ALOT to hear allĺlllll the training this girl was being told to do. I even learned a lot while trying to browse a nearby aisle lol Inside voices 😆”

“The best way I can describe this store is well curated. It's very fun to browse and feels overflowing with all sorts of different items. The more you browse the more you notice almost everything is high quality. They might only have one or two choices for whatever it is you're looking for, but you can rest assured the items they select are good quality. There are also some great deals from smaller makers, especially the wooden spoons and boards they carry. If there's a sale you can find really nice brands for less than online. Contrary to some of the more recent reviews, I had great customer service experiences from multiple employees on different days. I'm glad to have this shop in the neighborhood and I always check here first if I need something for the kitchen.”

“We had the good fortune to find Kim K. through our designer for our whole home remodel. Kim knows every detail of every item on the showroom floor. We spent a solid 2 hours picking out finishes for kitchen and bathrooms. Kim pulled it all together into one comprehensive plan at a fair price. Her follow through with small issues and questions are always answered promptly. I will recommend Abbrio for anyone looking for top quality service of high quality finishes.”

“I was looking for some very specific hardware for a wall panel, and Mike was full of suggestions and advice. He offered to show us multiple options, and made suggestions based on his many years of experience. That kind of info is exactly what I was looking for, but definitely haven't gotten from other spots. Also, what we were looking for was very small, and the cost was minimal, but he took the time to make sure and show us all of the options available and answer all of our (many) questions patiently, regardless of the amount of money we were spending. Fantastic customer service, and we will definitely look to him for larger projects in the future!”

“Cabinets are god quality and good looking as well, I have been doing business with them a few years now, the sales department I have no complaints about them. On the other hand the warehouse staff could definitely use some improvement, when you get at the door no one gives you any attention or are interested in helping you, even with a schedule pick up, you would be setting there well over an hour to be attended, they do not want you to come earlier then the scheduled time, and today when I got there the cabinets was not even assembled. Things like this put a big stain on their services. I hope they make some improvements to this.”

“Great show room of some of the greatest tile imaginable. If you're not familiar with this brand you must go in before you pick any tile. A little pricey but well worth the extra cost”

“Monica and Patrick were great to work with. Monica helped us pick towel bars that worked well with existing fixtures in the condo we bought. She was familiar not only the lines the Gallery carried but also with other ones. Ultimately, we picked towel bars they carried. Later we had to return one set of bars and order longer replacements and Patrick helped us with that process. We are very happy with our purchases and the sales service we received.”

“Truly exceptional service is a dying art. Marie and Spencer went above and beyond that level for me. I went to open the cabinets ordered from a manufacturer that takes 8 weeks to deliver for a project, and they were entirely the wrong color and style. I called seemingly every place in town to rush order the replacements. Marie and Spencer bent over backwards to find discontinued cabinets for me, and told me they could be ready as soon as 4 days!!!! Amazing service. I recommend in the highest regard.”

“Bud and Serena are the best! We were at the beginning of a bathroom remodel and were trying to match faucets and sinks to an antique dresser we were repurposing as a vanity cabinet. Professional, knowlegeable and patient, Bud and Serena helped us select the right fixtures to match our cabinet without it costing a fortune. I will definitely be shopping at Ferguson when we tackle our next bathroom remodel! . . . and kitchen too!”

“Only supplier in town that had the part I was looking for at a reasonable price. Keller had it as the same price as Home Depot/Lowes, but actually had it in stock for pickup, meanwhile everyone else was charging 70-100% more for it, and at a $350 part, that is a huge markup to pay going up to $700 at some other stores. Customer service was great, complete with authentic Marlboro man that sounded like a chainsaw, and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and looked exactly like you want your parts guru to look.”

“I had a great experience with GS Kitchen and Bath. I went in the store one day and was allowed to just take whatever time I wanted looking at product. I saw quartz counter top I really liked and told Boris the sales person that I wanted it. I gave him some rough estimates and told him what I was hoping for. He was able to write up the quote for the install within just a couple of minutes, really impressive. I put down a deposit by my choice (he didn't ask) and I told him I'd call back to schedule once the cabinets were installed. When that day came, he had a team come out about a week later. Leslie and his team showed up at my house and were very friendly and professional. They placed seams where I asked and made everything look fantastic. I couldn't be happier with my experience and the price was also great.”
