“Very rarely do i rate such a specialty shop. If you want weird bottles this is your place. Professional, kind, efficient. Not *one* bad experience in 10 years. These guys are great. Holly was the last, most recent, perfect experience; but she is not alone. Fantastic company. I had to say it. - Roger”

“This review is coming from someone who had a very difficult home remodel not too long ago. There was multitude of items that I felt my previous contractor could have done differently which could have prevented the situation from getting too stressful. So when we discovered dry rot in our carport during a walkthrough with another contractor for some touch up painting; I was having flashbacks. This job was unique in that it required both a roofer and a carpenter because it involved both types of structure. I had more than one contractor explain to me how to fix the problem but then promptly reject the job because they did not have a roofer on staff. Trying to coordinate two completely separate contractors is like trying to corral cats; you can't. One of the big advantages of going with Richard in our case was he had a roofer on staff. His outfit is sort of a one stop shop. Richard was very responsive in his communication and we replaced our deteriorating wood and updated our roof shortly thereafter to prevent further damage. Richard came in at the estimate we agreed upon at the beginning. We hope we don't have to do any major repairs on our home but Mallory Contracting will definitely be one of the outfits we reach out to for an estimate should the need arise. My wife and I were satisfied.”
“We used Cabinet Works for our new kitchen remodel. We had a design but Jonas, the owner, brought some great design ideas that we incorporated. We were interested in using CW because they tout using all plywood construction for their cabinets, which we really wanted after having cheap Ikea cabinets made of particle board. CW is an old-school shop and makes everything by hand. The quality is great and they did all of the detailing as we wanted. Their installer, Vald, did a terrific job with the installation and really helped us get it right. I would ask for him as your installer. We are pleased with how things turned out and it met our budget.”

“Today I met with Mike at Pius Kitchen And Bath. I walked right in there with my plans all drawn and my cabinets all figured out and we sat down and talked things out. We made some changes and I walked out with a much better plan, due to Mike’s help. He was kind, patient, and made excellent suggestions, and he was never once condescending. I really felt like he listened to me and understood what I wanted. As a result. I’m going to have a dream kitchen and can hardly wait to see it built!”

“HomeGoods in Interbay is packed with holiday finds right now! I stopped by today just to take a look and ended up finding lots of great items. The staff were all busy merchandising the floor and getting even more product out, which was great to see.
There are some really good deals to be had, and the store is organized in a way that makes it easy to browse — all the different categories are clearly laid out. A fun place to shop, especially during the holiday season!”

“Best Plumbing replaced my main water line, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The work was done with care, professionalism, and attention to detail, and it’s clear the team takes great pride in their workmanship.
Mitch, the project manager, and his crew were excellent, communicative, respectful, and highly skilled. I have no complaints, only appreciation for a job exceptionally well done.
I will absolutely use Best Plumbing again and highly recommend them to friends, neighbors, coworkers, and our homeowners association.”
“The best way I can describe this store is well curated. It's very fun to browse and feels overflowing with all sorts of different items. The more you browse the more you notice almost everything is high quality. They might only have one or two choices for whatever it is you're looking for, but you can rest assured the items they select are good quality.
There are also some great deals from smaller makers, especially the wooden spoons and boards they carry. If there's a sale you can find really nice brands for less than online.
Contrary to some of the more recent reviews, I had great customer service experiences from multiple employees on different days.
I'm glad to have this shop in the neighborhood and I always check here first if I need something for the kitchen.”

I couldn’t be happier with the end result—my kitchen looks amazing! Highly recommend ABS Seattle for anyone looking to upgrade their space!”
“Yes, Ferguson's is expensive, but they provide excellent customer service. Shout out to Serena Urrutia, the Showroom Coordinator in Seattle First Avenue store. I am new to home building and Serena offered excellent, intelligent, thoughtful, and kind customer service. She is a credit to the company and the reason for the five stars.”

“I am beyond thankful for Pius, this was my first time remodeling and as an amateur they really helped me from start to finish, from picking the materials to the design and the install and to be honest I wouldn’t be able to afford this project if it wasn’t for their pricing”
“My front door handle was busted, so I called the store to explain the problem and discuss options. Mike was super informative and helpful, and able to point me in the right direction for a replacement. Thanks again!”
“We were looking for faucets for a remodel & found Chown by accident. I’m so happy we did! Kayla was super helpful in helping us navigate the myriad choices, she is knowledgeable, responsive and a straight-talker.”
“We had the good fortune to find Kim K. through our designer for our whole home remodel. Kim knows every detail of every item on the showroom floor. We spent a solid 2 hours picking out finishes for kitchen and bathrooms. Kim pulled it all together into one comprehensive plan at a fair price. Her follow through with small issues and questions are always answered promptly.
I will recommend Abbrio for anyone looking for top quality service of high quality finishes.”
“Out of all the Homegoods locations tin the greater puget sound area his is by far my favorite one to shop at! The manager (the guy with blonde hair) and his staff are always so courteous, helpful and efficient! I quit shopping in Lynnwood, woodinville and Bellevue because this store has a great selection, it’s neat, things are easy to find, there’s ample parking, and their carts aren’t littered with trash. Can you tell this store is my favorite and I’ll stop here first every time.”
“Monica and Patrick were great to work with. Monica helped us pick towel bars that worked well with existing fixtures in the condo we bought. She was familiar not only the lines the Gallery carried but also with other ones. Ultimately, we picked towel bars they carried. Later we had to return one set of bars and order longer replacements and Patrick helped us with that process. We are very happy with our purchases and the sales service we received.”
“I had to make some difficult decisions on bathroom appliances and faucets. My plumber recommended Keller Supply Co. And fortunately I had the pleasure to work with Eryn Alderson! She was extremely diligent and professional supporting me through the decision making process. Thank you so much Eryn for being so patient and helping us make the right decisions to get the projects moving in the right direction. We could not be more pleased!”

“We ordered the Oslo Open Dining Table and it was too small for our space so I called RH to swap for the larger option and they immediately assisted! Game changer! The customer service is IMPECCABLE! We also ordered dining chairs, an 8x10 and 9x10 rug and love it all, very high quality products, a smooth and professional delivery process and The RH Gallery in Seattle is so nice it gave us a lot of inspiration for our own home! Highly recommend this place, the customer service is second to none. Thank you!”
“Our experience at Crate & Barrel in University Village was excellent! Everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind, especially Arvin, Ronnie, and Myla.
Myla was warm, friendly, and very helpful when placing our order.
Our situation was a bit complicated because the payment we needed to make exceeded my Crate & Barrel credit card limit. Huge kudos to Arvin and Ronnie — they were professional, experienced, and extremely patient and friendly in helping us split the payment so we could still receive all the rewards.
Most of the furniture arrived in perfect condition, except for one credenza with a small defect. I called the store, and Arvin handled the replacement smoothly and without any hesitation.
We previously had a bad experience at the Crate & Barrel in Bellevue, so even though we live in Kirkland, we now choose to shop exclusively at the University Village location.”
“From the sales staff to the delivery team, everyone has been great. Attentive, polite, not at all pushy or aggressive, and very informative. And the delivery team was fantastic — so careful, and they worked with all the quirkiness of an old house to make it all work, fit, and look good.”
