“I took two sewing machines in for repair. Lisa, who helped me with the whole process was fantastic. Based on her advice, I opted to have my Kenmore machine repaired and purchased a maintenance plan for it. Rather than repair the 2nd machine, I was able to buy a pre-owned Bernina instead and I am very happy with this great little sewing machine. Lisa sat down with me and showed me how to use the Bernina before I took it home. She even repaired my broken eyeglasses which was really above and beyond for customer service! I highly recommend Quality Sewing & Vacuum and can't say enough good things about Lisa's expertise and care for the customer!”

“I just had to give a raving review to the Scan Marine staff. Having a Wallas heater that was part of an OE install by a boat manufacture led me to Scan Marine. I was shocked when a US based boat manufacture picked a Finnish built heater (Wallas) with only a single US distributor. I was a bit nervous to call the first time I needed a part that I couldn’t find available online in the US because I wasn’t sure what to expect. Usually when something isn’t readily available online and I start calling around for parts I anticipate an answer like “you’ll need to ship it to a service center.” This thankfully is not the case for this Wallas heater or Scan Marine. After dealing with Scan Marine, I’m happy they are the distributor for all of my Wallas needs. Whether it’s a question, a part that’s readily available on the website, or a part I need to special order, they’re great to work with and get me the parts I need fast. There’s no price gouging or information hoarding, and for that I am appreciative. I’m just a weekend warrior fisherman and try to DIY all my maintenance so my boat doesn’t spend more time at a dealer than it does in the water. Thank you, Scan Marine, for all of your Wallas related support!”

“Wonderful customer service. We really appreciated this store and the friendly helpful employees. We bought an item that ended up needing to be returned. When we arrived there was a local outage because a vehicle had taken out a power pole and Internet was down impacting many businesses in the area.The employee at the store took our item and then promptly processed the return after the service was restored. This saved us a return trip to the store and a lot of frustration.Excellent store with awesome selection snd service that is above and beyond. Thank you !!”

We spent a solid 2 hours picking out finishes for kitchen and bathrooms. Kim pulled it all together into one comprehensive plan at a fair price. Her follow through with small issues and questions are always answered promptly.

“Power tool rentals are in the back left of the gardening section of Home Depot. I rented power tools to mount my TV & sound bar. The tools were in ok condition & good quality. They don’t rent drill bits, but I was able to buy some in the main store.”
“I purchased a carpet to have it installed from home depot. The brand was hom solution. The quality of the carpet from hom solution brand was excellent but the team was a hard one to deal with.
Adelle and her team at the flooring department at home depot helped expedite and had my back dealing with the third party installers. They even went above and beyond to offer compensation for the trouble we had to get it installed.
Despite of the trouble my wife and I went through I would go back there again knowing home depot has excellent services.”
“I ordered an oversized mirror and had it sent to this location. Ted from delivery was SOOO helpful in getting my mirror loaded up in my vehicle. The mirror was very large and would not fit. He went above and beyond by using his own personal rope to help me get the mirror in and securely tied down. I'm a single woman and I don't have family locally to help me so this really meant a lot to me and made my night. Thank you so much Ted for your awesome customer service!”
