“Absolutely incredible customer service. They answered my calls, patiently heard me out, and carefully walked me through a series of steps until I figured out what was wrong with my heater. And when I realized I needed a few parts - for a marine heater that's 14 years old - they looked them up, had them in stock, and shipped them across the country in a matter of days. All this for someone who wasn't their original install. I won't go anywhere else for heating needs!”
“Teak Wiseman was able to troubleshoot my washer that both my husband and brother-in-law were not able to adequately fix. He narrowed it down to a few select things, work efficiently, and was able to fix my washer with minimal repair and parts. He didn’t try to start big or upsell me on any big fixes. Kind, respectful, efficient, and got it done. I’ve never been more excited to do laundry in my whole life!”

“I ordered an oversized mirror and had it sent to this location. Ted from delivery was SOOO helpful in getting my mirror loaded up in my vehicle. The mirror was very large and would not fit. He went above and beyond by using his own personal rope to help me get the mirror in and securely tied down. I'm a single woman and I don't have family locally to help me so this really meant a lot to me and made my night. Thank you so much Ted for your awesome customer service!”

“We were helping my daughter put together her new bedframe. One of the screws would not go in. It turns out they forgot to tap that particular hole to receive a screw. I took the part and the screw to this Home Depot. The person in tools determined the size of the screw and pointed me to the appropriate tap and tap handle. I successfully used these and we were able to finish assembling the bed frame. Excellent customer service!”

“Wonderful customer service. We really appreciated this store and the friendly helpful employees. We bought an item that ended up needing to be returned. When we arrived there was a local outage because a vehicle had taken out a power pole and Internet was down impacting many businesses in the area.The employee at the store took our item and then promptly processed the return after the service was restored. This saved us a return trip to the store and a lot of frustration.Excellent store with awesome selection snd service that is above and beyond. Thank you !!”

“Had good luck with the Geek squad when my old desktop stopped working. They have it a hard disk transplant to an SSD and I was able to get the programs I needed off the old windows 10 system. Pleasant tech folks here that know what they’re doing. a reasonable charges. I’ll come back again.”

“I took two sewing machines in for repair. Lisa, who helped me with the whole process was fantastic. Based on her advice, I opted to have my Kenmore machine repaired and purchased a maintenance plan for it. Rather than repair the 2nd machine, I was able to buy a pre-owned Bernina instead and I am very happy with this great little sewing machine. Lisa sat down with me and showed me how to use the Bernina before I took it home. She even repaired my broken eyeglasses which was really above and beyond for customer service! I highly recommend Quality Sewing & Vacuum and can't say enough good things about Lisa's expertise and care for the customer!”
