I purchased a shirt online and went to pick it up, but the store wouldn’t release it and said it had already been automatically returned within two days of delivery. I was told I would receive a refund, but I never got my money back. This feels very frustrating and disappointing. Overall, a very poor experience.

Line of 10+ people waiting to check out. Talked to manager on my way out she gave me attitude and said “yeah that’s why I just got someone to help out “ after everyone was waiting in line for 15-20 minutes. This is why people shop online. Will avoid this store from now on.

Every time I visit this store I spend more then 20 mins on check out, service is extremely slow, always huge line to fitting room also. One person behind the register. Two other are slowly walking around.
