“First visit in about 20yrs. Bright and clean. And employees outnumbered the customers that I could see. The pickup and returns counter is by the south street entrance, nearest the parking garage. The in-store directories will tell you what's on each floor, but not where on the floor.
I had an online order to pickup. The clerk wanted a barcode to scan the order number. Too bad, she had to manually enter the 16 digit number. 16 digits!
Suggestions to JCPenny. I know you want people to walk around, hunting the store, but if you want people like me to return then make finding areas easier. And a map of the store would be nice with the directory. Oh, and Include the order number barcode in the confirmation email, or a weblink in the text message to help out your online pickup staff.”
“Assistant Manager Galia from the Tukwila location was super helpful! I came in a couple weeks ago to shop for a few outfits for my trip coming up and she came to my fitting room with thee PERFECT dresses! I came in not even knowing what I was looking for and came out with items that matched so well with where i was going. Windsor doesn’t carry plus sizes but she took the time to find dresses made with stretchable fabrics for me to try on and they worked out so well! Great hospitality from that young woman !”

He didn’t even work for that store. I don’t know if he’s on payroll or a side quest NPC, but either way—he crushed it.

“Just wanted to give a shoutout to the staff at this location, in particular, Jennifer. We came in to exchange items from an online order because once again I couldn’t get the size correct for my teenager’s unusual proportions. We’ve been struggling to find the right size for the last couple years with little success. We’ve gone in to try to get her measured properly at the store next door a while ago but were simply handed a tape measure and told they don’t do that anymore. Jennifer at Soma, on the other hand, actually took the time to properly measure. She also pulled out several different styles as that, she explained, may affect fit and comfort too. She was quite patient and genuinely wanted to help us. Thank you so much from a grateful mother and a now less self-conscious and frustrated teenager who thought she would be comfortable only in sports bras.”
“It's been a long time since I've been into Macy's with online ordering being a huge thing now. But I needed to buy some cologne and needed to see what smell I liked. The employees at the Cologne/Perfume section were very helpful and patient with me running back and forth to see which ones I liked. I was able to make a choice and they even thru in a free sample or two of another cologne that I liked.”

There were a couple of BT21 products in card board boxes that didn’t have plastic film on the sides of the box to see the item inside so one of the girls told me what it was and they also had them on display which she pointed to.They were attentive to other customers too and I felt satisfied leaving the store. ????”
“JCPenney has really stepped up their game. I was looking for new work shirts and couldn't find what I needed. I found an amazing associate, SEVILLA! She happily walked around for 5 mins looking for what I needed. I would have never found them without her! They were out of my size, so she took me back to a register, looked them up and placed an online order for me. I ordered 5 and they showed up in 4 days to the store. The pick up was so organized and the lady working was so kind. In and out in 5 mins with my 5 well made Liz Claiborne button-down collared black work shirts. “I stopped by looking for a purse for my wife to get a jumpstart on Christmas, and Daniella was absolutely amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help me find the right one. I ended up choosing a beautiful black satchel bag the perfect size so my wife wouldn’t feel awkwardly big when she wore it. “First, from the moment I walked into the Ross in Tukwila, a security staff member welcomed me right away, which set a positive tone for the visit. After that, the store was really easy to browse, though I did notice that some of the shelves on the left were stacked quite high, making the space feel a bit towering.
Second, despite that, the selection was fantastic. They have a huge variety of items—everything from tools to kitchen essentials. I was able to snag a tank top, a dish scrubber, and some other household goods—all at really reasonable prices.
Lastly, I do wish they still had a public restroom for customers like they did before, but I understand the security changes. Overall, though, it’s a great place with a lot of variety and good value!”

“I went into PacSun at Southcenter Mall the weekend before Christmas to purchase some gifts. I expected the experience to be a bit challenging, but was pleasantly surprised that it was the opposite.
Atreyu helped me find items for my daughters, locate correct sizes, looked in the system to identify when or where I could purchase items that weren’t on the floor yet. He opened a dressing room so I could try on clothing for myself. Upon check out, I realized that he was the only one who assisted me the entire time. I asked him if he was working alone and he confirmed that he was.
I was so impressed with how he seemed to manage the demands of the busy store pre-holiday weekend rush with such ease and warmth. He didn’t seem to have any difficulty managing the store on his own and did it with kindness.
PacSun has great clothing. Their selection is stylish and a great place for me to shop for gifts that I know my three teenage kids will love.”

“Wanted to shout out the amazing Ms. Cynthia as the light of my day! Walked into LB today with zero confidence that I would find something for an up coming interview. When asked was there a certain event that brought me in I did my normal “ no, I’m ok just looking” that I always do because I usually want to be left alone to find the some plain old things I always pick ??♀️ well not today! Ms. Cynthia swooped in and asked me all the right questions to get me to open up and with in minutes I was in a dressing room. I was trying on clothing I would have never picked out for myself!
