“The employees here are so fantastic! My 5 yo son has been getting really into skateboard culture and we've visited the Zumiez location in Southcenter a few times now. The customer service has been so above and beyond every time. They go out of their way to ask him questions, give him stickers and treat him like he belongs in this culture and it is heartwarming! “I stumbled into this boutique one Saturday afternoon and I'm so glad I did. I love everything about this store. I walked in and Marta and Lola helped me find clothes that make me feel so good. Since I started shopping here countless people have walked up to me and said how much they like my outfit, this has never happened to me before. Lola and Marta purchase good quality clothes, purse, scarves that look amazing. I'm short and thicker in my legs and they always pick out things that help those troubled areas. I've spent thousands of dollars with clothes delivery services and nothing ever fit right and I'd alway end up with the same shirt just in five different colors. After Marta and Lola got done with me I now have beautiful comfortable clothes that I can mix match with beautiful scarves and add little things to make it a whole new look. The shopping experience was fun, personable and the gave my husband wine while I shopped away. Love this store so much and so thankful I stumbled into the wonderful boutique.”

“Just wanted to give a shoutout to the staff at this location, in particular, Jennifer. We came in to exchange items from an online order because once again I couldn’t get the size correct for my teenager’s unusual proportions. We’ve been struggling to find the right size for the last couple years with little success. We’ve gone in to try to get her measured properly at the store next door a while ago but were simply handed a tape measure and told they don’t do that anymore. Jennifer at Soma, on the other hand, actually took the time to properly measure. She also pulled out several different styles as that, she explained, may affect fit and comfort too. She was quite patient and genuinely wanted to help us. Thank you so much from a grateful mother and a now less self-conscious and frustrated teenager who thought she would be comfortable only in sports bras.”

There were a couple of BT21 products in card board boxes that didn’t have plastic film on the sides of the box to see the item inside so one of the girls told me what it was and they also had them on display which she pointed to.They were attentive to other customers too and I felt satisfied leaving the store. ????”

“I just had to share the most delightful experience from my evening! My partner and I popped into Hollister at Southcenter Mall in Tukwila tonight, specifically to grab a birthday present for my little brother. We decided to keep it simple and just pick up a gift card.
But honestly, the highlight of our entire trip was the amazing cashier who helped us. She was an absolute ray of sunshine – so incredibly friendly and handled everything with such efficiency and grace. What truly made the interaction special was her genuine enthusiasm; she actually mentioned it was her very first time processing a gift card transaction for a customer! Her excitement was truly heartwarming and infectious.
She really turned a quick stop into a memorable moment. I'm pretty sure her name was Dimples, and if so, Dimples, you absolutely rocked it! What a fantastic person – she truly made our night!

“JCPenney has really stepped up their game. I was looking for new work shirts and couldn't find what I needed. I found an amazing associate, SEVILLA! She happily walked around for 5 mins looking for what I needed. I would have never found them without her! They were out of my size, so she took me back to a register, looked them up and placed an online order for me. I ordered 5 and they showed up in 4 days to the store. The pick up was so organized and the lady working was so kind. In and out in 5 mins with my 5 well made Liz Claiborne button-down collared black work shirts. “First, from the moment I walked into the Ross in Tukwila, a security staff member welcomed me right away, which set a positive tone for the visit. After that, the store was really easy to browse, though I did notice that some of the shelves on the left were stacked quite high, making the space feel a bit towering.
Second, despite that, the selection was fantastic. They have a huge variety of items—everything from tools to kitchen essentials. I was able to snag a tank top, a dish scrubber, and some other household goods—all at really reasonable prices.
Lastly, I do wish they still had a public restroom for customers like they did before, but I understand the security changes. Overall, though, it’s a great place with a lot of variety and good value!”

Even though I ended up checking out a few minutes before closing, she was very helpful— she even offered to check in the back for an item that I wanted in a size not found on the shelves. She found me the item, AND notified me that I had a coupon for a major discount.
Pacsun service usually isn’t anything to write home about but the associate that helped me deserves props.”

“I wanted to buy a dress for my BFF’s funeral. Not for me, I told her son I would buy a long sleeve dress for her to be buried in. The funeral is Saturday in California. Because time was short and I live three hours away I called the store to ask if they had long sleeve dresses. Since we are heading into Spring / Summer I was afraid long sleeves would be hard to find.Lo and behold they did and Robin pulled some and put them aside for me until I could drive back up. I drove back to Tukwila from Ocean Shores and one of the dresses was perfect. It looked like something my friend would have worn. I truly appreciate Robin helping me like that. I always hit this store when I am in the area. Thank you.”
