“Just wanted to give a shoutout to the staff at this location, in particular, Jennifer. We came in to exchange items from an online order because once again I couldn’t get the size correct for my teenager’s unusual proportions. We’ve been struggling to find the right size for the last couple years with little success. We’ve gone in to try to get her measured properly at the store next door a while ago but were simply handed a tape measure and told they don’t do that anymore. Jennifer at Soma, on the other hand, actually took the time to properly measure. She also pulled out several different styles as that, she explained, may affect fit and comfort too. She was quite patient and genuinely wanted to help us. Thank you so much from a grateful mother and a now less self-conscious and frustrated teenager who thought she would be comfortable only in sports bras.”

“I was looking at BT21 items and the girls working there were nice and told me that i could look at more BT21 merch that was behind them. There were a couple of BT21 products in card board boxes that didn’t have plastic film on the sides of the box to see the item inside so one of the girls told me what it was and they also had them on display which she pointed to.They were attentive to other customers too and I felt satisfied leaving the store. ????”
“I was treated so so good here, from the moment I walked in I had questions and was answered with clear directions & discounts, I was with my 2 year old son & he was going wild, I was getting him more jeans and the pairs I picked and brought to the fitting room were too small & I needed a bigger size, I asked someone and they got them to me within a minute.. no attitude, no looks, just helpful & gracious while doing so, Chris was a huge help for me as well, made things easier, didn’t rush me & truly made my life a lil easier all together in that moment. “JCPenney has really stepped up their game. I was looking for new work shirts and couldn't find what I needed. I found an amazing associate, SEVILLA! She happily walked around for 5 mins looking for what I needed. I would have never found them without her! They were out of my size, so she took me back to a register, looked them up and placed an online order for me. I ordered 5 and they showed up in 4 days to the store. The pick up was so organized and the lady working was so kind. In and out in 5 mins with my 5 well made Liz Claiborne button-down collared black work shirts. “I stopped by looking for a purse for my wife to get a jumpstart on Christmas, and Daniella was absolutely amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help me find the right one. I ended up choosing a beautiful black satchel bag the perfect size so my wife wouldn’t feel awkwardly big when she wore it. She works so hard and truly deserves something special, and thanks to Daniella’s help, I found just that.

“First, from the moment I walked into the Ross in Tukwila, a security staff member welcomed me right away, which set a positive tone for the visit. After that, the store was really easy to browse, though I did notice that some of the shelves on the left were stacked quite high, making the space feel a bit towering.
Second, despite that, the selection was fantastic. They have a huge variety of items—everything from tools to kitchen essentials. I was able to snag a tank top, a dish scrubber, and some other household goods—all at really reasonable prices.
Lastly, I do wish they still had a public restroom for customers like they did before, but I understand the security changes. Overall, though, it’s a great place with a lot of variety and good value!”

“Great service, especially from the young lady with the pink Asics sneakers (didn’t get her name). Even though I ended up checking out a few minutes before closing, she was very helpful— she even offered to check in the back for an item that I wanted in a size not found on the shelves. She found me the item, AND notified me that I had a coupon for a major discount.
Pacsun service usually isn’t anything to write home about but the associate that helped me deserves props.”

“I wanted to buy a dress for my BFF’s funeral. Not for me, I told her son I would buy a long sleeve dress for her to be buried in. The funeral is Saturday in California. Because time was short and I live three hours away I called the store to ask if they had long sleeve dresses. Since we are heading into Spring / Summer I was afraid long sleeves would be hard to find.Lo and behold they did and Robin pulled some and put them aside for me until I could drive back up. I drove back to Tukwila from Ocean Shores and one of the dresses was perfect. It looked like something my friend would have worn. I truly appreciate Robin helping me like that. I always hit this store when I am in the area. Thank you.”
