“Whenever I go it there is always one amazing worker. Yesterday 10/22 I came in with kids and had to sneak buy gifts and hide them in my bag so my kids wouldn't notice. They hid it from my kids and got items into my bag all without my kids seeing. They were a poc with they/them pronouns and were fem presenting that day and I would recommend if you were in a similar situation as me to have them help. I don't do crowded places often so they were my life saver because no one else at other stores were able to sneak gifts past my kids.”

“First, let me rate this store. On June 26th, I walked in and was greeted by two young ladies working. Both of them were very nice, one helped me getting the size shoe that I needed that was a gift. The cashier was super nice and suggested a gift receipt also. Nothing but nice. I was purchasing a pair of shoes for my son for his 21st bday and was hoping these were the ones he had his eye on when we were previously in the store. Great experience.Fast forward, by July 7, a part of the rubber on one side of the right shoe had come completely off, enough so that it was gaping. Definitely noticeable. My other kids have worn Vans for years and still do and I know that Van's are quality shoes. I also know that you can't take shoes back to the store, per their info unless they are new and unworn. So I took a chance and contacted Van's directly. In a very short time, I was contacted by a representative who apologized for the issue. I was asked to provide pictures of the torn area, the shoes themselves, the receipt and then asked to answer a few other questions. I did just that and I will say that the speed that I received a response was absolutely impressive. After providing all of this, I was notified that I would be receiving a gift card to purchase another pair. Thank you Van's for this and for your amazing customer service. Much appreciated.”

“Taylor is very communicative, excellent with customer service and needs a raise. Taylor assisted me with correcting an error and reconstructing the order to my very great satisfaction. And I appreciated how great the Tukwila staff including Kat, Jordan and Kay (even though she’s since departed) and the regional manager Jennifer from Bellevue Torrid. Great communication, wonderful experience. The order became canceled due to the billing address that did not match billing even though Jennifer and I amended it together. It must not have took. I just re-ordered the boots with Taylor for the same boots at the Tukwila, WA store.Taylor and I sorted this out with price matching and deducted an additional 10% off for the extreme inconvenience. What a blessing that came out this. Spoke w/customer service as well to verify update of address.I ultimately purchased 6 more pairs of boots and a pair of loafers. These boot statement pieces. ?Tuk Torrid is a 10 for Customer Service, and friendly place to shop in general. Very recommended. Family like environment once you establish a repoire including the security guard.”

“I recently visited Kohl's with the intention of finding a holiday dress. Although the styles on offer were elegant and seemed to be of good quality, I noticed that the selection was rather limited. For those who have a clear idea of what they're looking for, Kohl's might have just the right option. “I have been shopping at this location for years. It is definitely the best LB store in the greater Seattle area. I'm surprised to see bad reviews, but many of them look like one-time guests who were maybe having a bad day. The manager of this store is very personable and remembers the regular customers. She's great! This location always has the best selection and service is always good. The store can be very busy and you do have to wait for a dressing room sometimes. But that is just another sign of their great selection and service.”

“Buckle in southcenter mall has the best staff and definitely will do plenty of shopping there. Years ago I said I would never shop at buckle again because of thier rude customer service and not at all helpful staff. Yes I said never again but last year for Christmas I new they had a gift that someone really wanted so I gave in and went into buckle because the person the gift was for was more important than my personal vendetta. Glad I did because the staff at this buckle was so great and amazing I have been back several times and will continue to make the two hours drive to shop here over many places closer to my house. Definitely a good spirited non pushy and very helpful staff.”

“JCPenney has really stepped up their game. I was looking for new work shirts and couldn't find what I needed. I found an amazing associate, SEVILLA! She happily walked around for 5 mins looking for what I needed. I would have never found them without her! They were out of my size, so she took me back to a register, looked them up and placed an online order for me. I ordered 5 and they showed up in 4 days to the store. The pick up was so organized and the lady working was so kind. In and out in 5 mins with my 5 well made Liz Claiborne button-down collared black work shirts. “I stumbled into this boutique one Saturday afternoon and I'm so glad I did. I love everything about this store. I walked in and Marta and Lola helped me find clothes that make me feel so good. Since I started shopping here countless people have walked up to me and said how much they like my outfit, this has never happened to me before. Lola and Marta purchase good quality clothes, purse, scarves that look amazing. I'm short and thicker in my legs and they always pick out things that help those troubled areas. I've spent thousands of dollars with clothes delivery services and nothing ever fit right and I'd alway end up with the same shirt just in five different colors. After Marta and Lola got done with me I now have beautiful comfortable clothes that I can mix match with beautiful scarves and add little things to make it a whole new look. The shopping experience was fun, personable and the gave my husband wine while I shopped away. Love this store so much and so thankful I stumbled into the wonderful boutique.”
