They never pressure you to purchase insurance as long as you have your own personal coverage. The selection is great and pretty straightforward. The reps are friendly and helpful. If the chosen car type is unavailable, they will either upgrade for no extra charge or lower the price for a downgrade. I love Alamo!

You have very friendly staff! Check in and out was efficient and everyone was helpful and patient in a job that can be busy and chaotic. A pleasant and easy experience. Thank you to everyone who helped get me in and out smoothly.
