“I’ve had an amazing experience living at Park 88, and a big reason is the staff especially Mark and Jen! They’ve been incredible from the start, taking the time to show me multiple units and making sure I was truly happy with my choice.
I first lived here when the building opened and stayed for 8 years, later moved to Seattle, and chose to come back because the location, the view ? and community are hard to beat. The staff genuinely care, and that makes Park 88 feel like home.

Honestly, the staff is so nice, especially Axel in maintenance and Malissa in property management. They are both quick to respond and always ready to help out. Axel always greets us whenever he sees us in the hallways, always checking in to ask if everything is going well with the apartment. I really appreciate the excellent service!”
“Soma Towers is a beautiful luxury apartment community. The amenities are great, especially the pool and common areas, and everything feels very well maintained. I had the pleasure of working with Roshanak (Rose) as the resident coordinator, and she did an amazing job explaining all the amenities and walking us through our new home. Every staff member I have encountered provides exceptional hospitality service to their residents. Muna always assist me with my questions and is passionate about her role,she makes me feel welcomed every time I see her. Alvaro at the front desk is very warm , attentive and friendly.

“Just moved into the Bravern
I can say without a shadow of a doubt that this is the best building to live in the bellevue area.
The dollar to utility ratio is amazing and once you choose a good apartment for yourself you'll be in real harmony and ease.
Sahil, Lara and all concierge members helped me move in, developed a great relationship with me and supported and arranged all facilities. Yesterday i asked them for a tylenol they brought that too :D Fully recommend, i am a resident here so if someone wants to ask sth just contact me directly”
