“A good, albeit small selection of art supplies. What I love is the original art from local artists that rotates month to month, and the prints of previous art. Pushpull offers art classes in different mediums that can help improve your versatility as an artist!”

“Such a fun store and organized very well into themes. Has candles, post its, notebooks, mugs, stickers, magnets, beanies, coloring books .. lots of ideas for gifts.”
“Walked in and was able to find everything needed with my sister for a gift for our mom. The selection of all types of beads was wonderful, and we were able to find what we were looking for, and then some. Frida helped us the entire time we were in there and was absolutely lovely. Very knowledgeable and very kind and is a big reason why we were able to put together everything we needed. I’m very excited to go back to him personal projects or to get more stuff for my mom. Thank you bead world :)”
“Great place. You can’t get many of the items like threads and zippers for anything like the price elsewhere. Nice to know the store is reducing redundant waste. Remember it’s a nonprofit, not a perfect business aimed towards the perfect customer experience. Started coming here after the Joann’s closure and wish I’d known about it so much sooner!”
“Cute toy store with a large variety of toys. My family enjoyed it, bought a toy and souvenir, a Bainbridge ferry Christmas ornament. They even packaged my ornament in it's own box. Customer service was friendly and kind, thanks!”
“OCR has the best selection of glass colors, tools, and shop essentials around! They process orders quickly and when I have had a question they have been easy to contact and communicate with.”
“This place is absolutely fabulous for the art craft and paper fan. They have a really cool and extensive selection of wrapping paper, tons of cards, and various gift items like stuffed animals, zippered bags, eye masks, toys, books, etc. they also have a crafting section. Every time I come in here there’s something new, I love this place and highly recommend it.”
“This artsy shop is a locally owned business run by a super nice family. Great paper products! I love the seed paper! Their ribbon is amazing! Kevin is kind and responsive!”
“This was my first visit to Paper Source! I love writing letters and needed something beyond a legal pad. Paper Source had whatvI needed and more! The lady who helped me with my purchase was great and showed me a few things I needed and something I wanted! Great spot! Highly recommended!”
“Haven't been in here for years. I was looking for a coffee shop on the Ave late in the day. I was walking by U Book and noticed a small sign for a coffee shop that was open until 6. Several tables open, a friendly barista who knew what they were doing and a mostly mellow gathering of customers. Just what I was looking for to review some music (via an earpiece) I was going to participating later in the evening.”
“The shipping was exceptionally fast! The package arrived in NH in 3 days. I ordered some glaze from an east coast company on the same day, but the tracking says it won’t be here for another 5 days.”

“When I first walked into the shop I thought there was nothing there for me but then I looked over and saw all the gemstone beads hanging on the wall and I knew I had come to a good place. The proprietor is rather quiet unless you can get him talking that he has marvelous stories to tell about his journeys through the years as he went around the world seeking gemstones and other things. Because of the changes in tariffs and other things he has changed the way he's doing business a little and he's offering full 16-in or 15-in lengths of beads all kinds and colors of beads at one low price you can pick any of them and he has basket after basket after basket and a bunch of them are hanging also.
Let me tell you that the most wonderful thing I've ever gotten there was Herkimer diamonds they were so clear and bright and they're absolutely beautiful in my jewelry that I make. I've also gotten other wonderful stones there the most recent time I got Sapphire I can't wait to go back. He was gone on vacation last time I went there and I couldn't believe how much I was sad that I missed him. If you haven't looked please do so enjoy yourself he has a very eclectic collection of all kinds of things that are very interesting. His top shelf gemstones are marvelous and worth every penny he asks. P. S. I never have trouble finding parking within a block.”
“First time visiting the store. I was pleasantly impressed. I came in for watercolor materials. I was greeted and probably looked a little lost. The person at the door gave me aisle numbers for the area I was looking for, and then asked a staff person to assist. Yay! I’m glad I didn’t have to spend hours trying to figure it out by myself. The person who helped me knew their stuff! And they didn’t get annoyed when I asked a ton of questions. I found what I came for and more. This was the best treat to myself in a long time. I live on the Eastside and came all the way here for fun, and it did not disappoint ? I’ll be back for sure. Thanks to the amazing crew, you made my day!
Oh, and don’t forget to be kind and respectful. It helps more than you think.”
“Great shop for arts and crafts supplies as well as creative gifts and trinkets! Used to stop here when my kiddo was small and needed birthday gifts for friends. Now check here first for any drawing or painting supplies for myself. With so many shops closing in NE (Costume Supply, Fabric, Michael’s, etc.) it’s important to support the shops we hope will stick around for years to come. Artist & Craftsman is a wonderful community resource! I only wish they had some/more art classes. I think they have in the past? Might help to bring even more customers through the doors…”
