Several reviews mention issues with noise: from adjacent rooms due to a lack of carpets, from loud and constantly cycling AC units, and from the rooftop bar. Jonathan at the front desk was so incredibly helpful and sweet. Our luggages were delayed and you truly went above and beyond trying to help us.
The rooms were also very nice and the food was great! Also Sparky the robot was a great little addition

High quality Hotel! Skilled staff. Fitness center is located in the basement. Great coffee shop is available in the Hotel lobby. Rooftop bar provides great view of the Space needle. Rooms TV are equipped with the Chromecast functionality. Always again!
