About Avis Car Rental
Avis Car Rental at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) offers a diverse fleet of vehicles, including SUVs, pickup trucks, and luxury cars, making it a great choice for travelers looking to explore the west coast. While the staff is generally helpful, some customers have noted long wait times during busy periods, particularly on Sunday afternoons. However, peak times like Thursday mornings have proven to be more efficient with adequate staff on hand. The check-in process is mostly smooth, though some customers found the procedure for getting to their car somewhat disorganized, leading to delays. The return process is quick and easy, utilizing barcode scanning for efficiency. Although some clients expressed disappointment when they did not receive the vehicle they booked, others had positive experiences, receiving newer models and quick service. Overall, Avis provides a reliable car rental experience at SEA, but customers are encouraged to be mindful of peak hours to avoid lengthy waits.
