Bartell Drugs is a locally-owned, Seattle-based company that has been serving the community for over 130 years. The company is passionate about meeting the health and wellness needs of its customers and showcasing over 150 local partners on its shelves. The pharmacy staff is consistently friendly and quick, with customers rarely having to wait long, even during peak hours. The store shelves are well-stocked, and the pharmacy has been helpful in answering questions about new medications. While the store has been vigilant about shoplifter prevention, which can be a bit irritating, it is appreciated that they allow dogs and offer a convenient pharmacy for vaccines and prescription refills. The Greenlake neighborhood is grateful to have this Bartell Drugs location, especially now that the Roosevelt location has closed.
I never review things but I was just on hold for an hour and a half and as soon as I got through I could hear them but they didn’t even say hello to me before I hung up. The crazy thing is that it’s happened multiple times, I’m just finally too frustrated to not mention it.

Low stock and the pharmacy never answers the phone, I’ve been on hold #1 in the queue for 30min now and no answer!

HORRIBLE PHARMACY. Anytime I call them to refill a medication, i am on hold for 30+ minutes. Insane!
