  Online gives you a quote then you come in and then they tell that you need additional insurance for truck rental. So wasted an additional 30 min calling my insurance for this truck rental and cost more than the quote

  Though I booked online and got a confirmation, they did not have the truck I reserved...matter of fact they said that they did not have ANY trucks at all! I think they did not want to rent one way, but who knows. Bottom line, I will never ever use them.

  Don't rent here! Did not honor the reservation. Had no trucks available.
