Dallas Watson Flooring is a reputable business with a long history in the flooring industry, starting in sales in 1995 before transitioning to installation. Their team specializes in a wide range of flooring types, including hardwood, carpet, tile, laminate, cork, bamboo, and concrete. They also offer sanding and finishing of existing floors. Customers can choose to buy materials, labor, or both for their projects. The company emphasizes high-quality craftsmanship, with experienced installers who guarantee quality work and offer free estimates with guaranteed labor.
Customers consistently praise the professionalism, helpfulness, and friendliness of the team, from the initial contact to installation. The crew is described as skilled artisans who deliver top-notch craftsmanship, transforming homes with beautifully installed floors. Several reviews highlight successful projects, such as replacing uneven, damaged floors with high-quality materials and perfectly matching new hardwood to existing flooring. The team is also noted for being patient and attentive, with good communication and customer service.
While most reviews are highly positive, some mention that the company is more expensive than others. One customer expressed disappointment with the soundproofing results, feeling they were oversold and that their feedback was not fully addressed. Despite this, the overall reputation remains strong, with many clients highly recommending Dallas Watson Flooring for their craftsmanship, integrity, and responsiveness. Their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction makes them a trusted choice for flooring projects.
Dallas did flooring for me awhile back and I never got around to leaving him a review. His whole process was very professional, price was really fair and the quality of the work was incredible. I really appreciate the bamboo floors and tiling they did for us.

Despite the time it took for the project it took place as they may not respond back in timely manner, giving 5 as they made up for it by even finding someone to do the work during a holiday and before deadline. Completed the task and flooring is great! Kudos to Amy for the amazing customer servicing.
