Awful service when trying to send a package via FedEx. Shelves are bare. Employees just standing around staring while there's lines to check out. I see why they are shutting down stores - they don't know how to actually run them.

It is impossible to speak to a human being at this FedEx location. If you call the listed number the automated voice system refuses to pass you through to a representative.
