I just got my long term car rental from Hertz in Seattle, and had a great experience at check in to pick up my car. The agent who assisted with my rental was very friendly and helpful in every way possible, and got the car I like at the cost I was quoted when making the reservation. Great customer service!

purchased a car, said we could do it a minimum of 2 hours in advance and paid $50 to uber to the location just for them to say they had no vehicles and basically out of luck.

They didn’t have the vehicle and didn’t bother to let me know in advance
Also, they said that it’s a 50-50 chance to have a car when you reserve it
