zipcar is a scam ! don't use this company they will over charge you & steal your money out of your account ! constomer service doesn't car worst company ever !

I've been member of Zipcar since September 2016 but never used it. However every year I've been charged for membership without any notice. When tried to reach out to Customer Service, they keep waiting me for more than 30 mins unanswered and there is no option to cancel the membership online.

THIEVES -- couldn't open car, called Zip car they were of no help so I could not use the zip car -- zip car charged me $89 anyway - knowing i was unable to use the reservation. They made me call in - spend 30 minutes on the phone and passed me off to their Boston office to wait 3-5 days for a refund. THIEVES PLAIN... read full comment
