Services are not that great in terms of quick response. Rooms are nice.

As an Honors member I've gotten used to at least the bare minimum of appreciation when checking in. This located didn't provide any welcome experience. No Water offered, no thamks for being a member, I wasn't even told how to use the elevator. Not a great experience

Nice place. A bit strange not to have a decent entry for vehicle drop off and lobby via elevators - otherwise great
