The Hilton Seattle is a well-located hotel in the heart of downtown, close to popular attractions like Pike Place Market, shops, restaurants, and theaters. Its central position makes it a convenient choice for both sightseeing and leisure. The hotel has recently refurbished rooms that are clean, comfortable, and offer fantastic views of the city or water. Guests appreciate the nice rooms and the convenience of a gym, although the gym is small and located on the ground floor. Some rooms feature a bathtub instead of a shower, and the building, while small, provides a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel offers an executive lounge that many guests find to be a major perk, especially for breakfast and happy hour. The lounge provides a good breakfast spread and a pleasant environment for relaxation. However, some guests have experienced issues with elevator wait times, especially during peak hours, due to limited elevator availability for the size of the hotel. The elevators sometimes take longer to arrive and stop at many floors, which can cause delays. Service quality varies. Many guests received friendly and helpful staff, with some receiving exceptional assistance, especially during check-in and with luggage. However, some guests noted a lack of recognition for Hilton Honors members, with no welcome experience or basic amenities offered upon arrival. One guest mentioned a disappointing interaction with the executive lounge supervisor, but this was promptly addressed by the general manager, who showed genuine empathy and made reparations. Overall, the Hilton Seattle is a good choice for travelers seeking a central location, comfortable rooms, and a helpful staff, despite some minor issues with elevator wait times and inconsistent recognition of loyalty members.
Services are not that great in terms of quick response. Rooms are nice.

As an Honors member I've gotten used to at least the bare minimum of appreciation when checking in. This located didn't provide any welcome experience. No Water offered, no thamks for being a member, I wasn't even told how to use the elevator. Not a great experience

Nice place. A bit strange not to have a decent entry for vehicle drop off and lobby via elevators - otherwise great
