I love how they work with multiple vendors that fit within a range of budgets. I live close to their shop so I was always popping in asking questions about curtains, bedspread patterns, etc and I never felt like a bother. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a discerning set of eyes in creating a home worth living in.”

“I hesitate to call this an antique store because the selection is curated and cohesive in a way they most antique stores aren’t. Walking in the door, you will suddenly be at the antique market in Paris. Everything, and I mean everything, in this store is Perfection. From the pillow cases in the most sublime linens to the large hutches that just ache to complete someone’s kitchen/dining room. This place is perfect. Talking with Susan — beaming with warmth, knowledge, and elegance — is the icing on the cake.”

“We had such a great experience with The Phinery! It was easy to connect with Becky to describe our project and what we had in mind, and we were able to launch into the work quickly. Designer Rebecca made the process a fun one, matching our sensibility with pieces that are both lovely and complement the house. We don't have a huge space and needed it to be more functional. Her recommendations for furniture, lighting, and window treatments did just that. Janelle rounded out the team by managing all of the orders and deliveries with finesse, even when the inevitable snags occurred. All around, we couldn't be happier!”

“I bought a salish wool blanket online years ago that I cherish. On a road trip I stopped in to see the store in person, tall ceilings and it smelled amazing in there! The staff were really nice, we were wearing the same brand mukluks. I was on a mission (and a budget!) and knew exactly what I wanted, left with two new blankets for gifting that came in beautiful boxes with handles. Last minute picked some socks out for my husband, they feel like really good quality while also being beautiful! Next time I'll buy a scarf for myself, one of the beautiful silky ones. I'm so happy to see Native businesses thriving! Congrats to the whole team, seeing your work on the cover of vogue is a milestone! :)”

“I am not into big box shopping. I love they are family owned and that they treat every customer with respect. I had not bought a bed in years. The sales rep asked me key questions. We also went the the clearance outlet to see what would meet my need there. In the end I was fitted with the right combo I am so at ease that it will heve no wrenches...spending a fair amount of money. The service has been excellant, and it continues if there are problems down the road. This is so rare to find such integrity. They have my vote.”

“The Pacific Range Hood store on South Jackson St. In Seattle was by far my best experience shopping for an appliance in recent memory. Alex, the store owner was very honest and provided clear options for the kind of Range Hood that I was looking for. The pricing was transparent right from the start till I decided on the exact model I wanted which made the transaction super simple. He even helped me load the appliance in my car himself and arranged for the installation which again was prompt and neatly done by their referred technician. Shopping experience for big ticket items should be a breeze like this and it’s a pleasure to recommend Pacific Range Hood on South Jackson St. In the International District south of downtown Seattle. Bye bye cooking odors! I’ve attached pictures of before and after replacement of cooktop microwave with the Trusteam Range Hood I picked.”

“I was looking for a stylish LED Floor Lamp and found an amazing one at Kasala Outlet. It was the last one, a floor model (no box), final sale. I took it home, wrapped it as a gift and set it by the tree. On Christmas day while setting it up, we had trouble getting the lamp head to stay in the extended position. We needed a special tool. I scrolled through the Kasala website and found the "contact us" link and sent an email asking if they knew of a special tool to tighten the arm with a photo of the fastener. Within 90 minutes I had a response - on Christmas Day! David, their E-Comerce Sales Specialist responded to let me know he would look into it by reaching out to one of the stores the next day to see if they could locate the tool and send it to me. Three days later I received the tool and the lamp is perfect. I can't say enough about the excellent service I have received over the years from Kasala Stores and Outlet. Two leather sofas, a dining room table, 4 rugs and countless other home furnishings - I will keep coming back to them every time! Their merchandise is beautiful, their service is amazing!!”

I placed my order online (with the help of Sunni in customer service) and the entire process was quick and painless. They ran out of a few items after I paid but were quick to offer similar options. Word of advice...be sure to place your order around Thanksgiving for best selection. Payment was easy and done online. My contact followed up with UPS tracking numbers and sent me a final receipt. This will be my corporate gift giving option from here on out!”
