Highly recommend Loyal!!! I scheduled an appointment over the phone, and they started working on my car as soon as I got there. Never have I ever had somebody fix a car problem for me so fast!! I was shocked! Jesse is the best, hands down.

I consider myself lucky to live so close to this reasonable and reliable shop. Jesse and Seth are awesome. I especially appreciated the tutorial/work-around instead of having to buy a new window switch. If I can’t do the work myself, I prefer and trust Loyal Automotive…well worth the wait.

Incredible service! We got stuck out of town and they still did their best to help us figure out what was going on with our Toyota Hiace. If you have a JDM import, these should be your people for any and all repairs.
