While she had a good vision for the end product, she listened and incorporated our important criteria into the final product. She also assisted in sourcing a reliable and quality contractor (Howard Freeman ). Michelle was always available throughout the process to clarify questions from us and the contractor and in the end, we ended up with a beautiful bathroom. “I hesitate to call this an antique store because the selection is curated and cohesive in a way they most antique stores aren’t. Walking in the door, you will suddenly be at the antique market in Paris. Everything, and I mean everything, in this store is Perfection. From the pillow cases in the most sublime linens to the large hutches that just ache to complete someone’s kitchen/dining room. This place is perfect. Talking with Susan — beaming with warmth, knowledge, and elegance — is the icing on the cake.”

“I highly recommend Big Saw Productions! Jason and his team were awesome - friendly, quick to communicate, and most importantly, do quality work! I purchased four, tall, wide Adirondack chairs, and a fancy table. I needed the taller chairs, because I am a tall guy. I didn't think I needed the wider version, but when I went to visit Jason's shop, I really enjoyed the extra size of the chair. It was like upgrading an airline seat. The furniture is super sturdy, very clean looking and very few knots. I also like that a lot of the screw heads are hidden. So they are not in the table top, and they are not in the arms of the chairs where your hands rest. Again, it really helps with the clean aesthetic. They also delivered to my house, which was a big plus. Thanks again, Jason!”

“I am not into big box shopping. I love they are family owned and that they treat every customer with respect. I had not bought a bed in years. The sales rep asked me key questions. We also went the the clearance outlet to see what would meet my need there. In the end I was fitted with the right combo I am so at ease that it will heve no wrenches...spending a fair amount of money. The service has been excellant, and it continues if there are problems down the road. This is so rare to find such integrity. They have my vote.”

“I was looking for a stylish LED Floor Lamp and found an amazing one at Kasala Outlet. It was the last one, a floor model (no box), final sale. I took it home, wrapped it as a gift and set it by the tree. On Christmas day while setting it up, we had trouble getting the lamp head to stay in the extended position. We needed a special tool. I scrolled through the Kasala website and found the "contact us" link and sent an email asking if they knew of a special tool to tighten the arm with a photo of the fastener. Within 90 minutes I had a response - on Christmas Day! David, their E-Comerce Sales Specialist responded to let me know he would look into it by reaching out to one of the stores the next day to see if they could locate the tool and send it to me. Three days later I received the tool and the lamp is perfect. I can't say enough about the excellent service I have received over the years from Kasala Stores and Outlet. Two leather sofas, a dining room table, 4 rugs and countless other home furnishings - I will keep coming back to them every time! Their merchandise is beautiful, their service is amazing!!”

It was absolutely and totally worth the price and the coolest part is the price was comparable to other companies with similar options, it took less time for shipping than other couch companies cuz it was made and shipped from LA, and this is a locally owned small business. My husband and I were looking for some thing really specific to fit our lifestyle and height and surprisingly even though what we wanted seemed pretty basic it was hard to find a product with any sort of quality. I’m so glad we found out about this store before we made a big purchase. The process was pretty easy and if I had to buy another couch (and I don’t think I will need to for a super long time) I would definitely 100% go back here.”

Joe came and installed the Murphy bed today - it was fast efficient and I am more than please with the construction and quality of the bed and mattress. The cabinet has a perfect finish, the springs and handles are high quality and mattress is comfortable. Nice organic cotton top. The bed lowers easily. Professionalism, quality and genuinely honest and awesome small business! I am so happy I went with Murphy Bed Place rather than purchasing somewhere else.
