“The did a good job with ordering and delivery. Delivery was quickly arranged for a few days after ordering the mattresses. The guys arrived on time. However I had to repeat a few things several times as they did not seem to understand English. They also attempted to load a base from one of the rooms to their truck and I had to redirect them after already discussing with them that it needed to go to a different bedroom.”

“Patrick was a handsome old fart worth befriending for his sense of humor alone. He didn't oversell us on any one good mattress, but rather pushed us gently towards an option we would've likely found anyways, after just experimenting more with time than money. That price being expensive, but heavily discounted. We felt candidly welcome here, past the beaucratric logistics of buying one's own bed.”

“Hayden greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. We talked about what I was looking for in a bed and my price range. I spent a bit more than I planned but he let me try out a number of mattress that met my requirements and I picked out the one that I thought was the most comfortable. There was no pressure and he let the mattresses speak for themselves. He also worked with me to set up delivery as I needed a different window than first available. I'm really excited to get my new bed and will recommend this store to anyone who asks.”

“I was looking for a new king-size mattress and wanted something made with more natural, organic materials. After learning about 45th Street Bedding at Bedrooms & More, I decided to visit the store—and I’m so glad I did. The team was incredibly helpful. They took the time to answer our questions, let us try a variety of mattresses, and never made us feel pressured. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right fit. Once we chose our mattress, delivery was easy and seamless. About a week later, we realized it was just a little firmer than we wanted. The team came back to our home and exchanged it for a slightly softer model at no additional cost. The customer service was awesome. The best part is that I’m sleeping better than ever. I’m more comfortable, more cozy, and waking up feeling rested in a way I haven’t experienced in years. Thank you to everyone at Bedrooms & More and 45th Street Bedding for making the entire experience so positive. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.”

“Really happy with our overall experience at the showroom. We had picked out a couple of couches online, which luckily were available to see at the showroom. When we walked in, we weren't approached right away, which was perfect for us, because we like to look around a bit first. A little bit later, Ernesto came over and checked in with us. We told him what couches we were looking for, he showed us where they were, pulled the color swatches we were interested in, and then left us to try out the sofas. We made a decision (Eliot Loveseat) and Ernesto processed everything super quickly. He checked in via email afterward to let us know about the rest of the process and to offer support if we had any questions. Delivery went well and the delivery guys were super fast and efficient.”

“Really fantastic experience consigning through Deb and the team. We moved overseas after a few years in Seattle, selling items that were acquired in US and overseas. Deb was so upfront and clear on the process, pricing strategy and timelines. Biggest difference between Modele’s and other companies was the time taken to understand the furniture before offering to consign. I had much higher confidence from this. I must also say her patience as I went back and forth on what we would sell or take! Highly recommended for anyone in a similar situation, and would be confident buying from also.”

“Caroline (the nice senior lady) is just the friendliest most knowledgeable person in the store. She’s been there for years and knows more than anyone else about where everything is and more. I love going to world market, but just like most places customer service has declined. Caroline is what I wish everyone was. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. It’s sooo hard to find anyone that has even one of those qualities in any store or restaurant these days. And I love world market. Caroline brings it to another level just by her being there.”

“I am extremely happy with my Adirondack chairs and side table from Big Saw Productions. The craftsmanship is exceptional, and the quality exceeded all of my expectations. I purchased them as a Father's Day gift for my husband, and he was absolutely blown away. The furniture is sturdy, beautiful, and clearly built to last. Jason was professional, friendly, and wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. I highly recommend investing in Big Saw Productions furniture—you won't be disappointed. I already plan on ordering the matching leg rests soon!”

“If you have something you need securely packed and shipped, this is the place to go. They will carefully pad and pack your item(s), crate them and ship by freight carrier for you. They will also crate items for you to ship yourself. No items are too big for them to handle. They also make custom laser cut foam pieces to pack securely and perfectly your item and build a crate around it, think artwork, jet parts, spaceship parts, football equipment, you name it! Check them out!”

“Amazing service, quality, and selection. My husband and I searched in literally ALL of the furniture shops in the South center area and didn't find anything that really fit our needs in terms of a mid century style couch with full grain leather. Many if not all other shops didn't have much knowledge or couldn't stand by the quality of the leather. Hayek is something else. They had a thorough selection of choices in terms of color and quality. QUALITY is what stood out amongst the rest. As newer home owners who are more accustomed to online furniture shopping, by far that was our biggest concern. Hayek really stood by their products. When we couldn't find anything in their store, we searched on their website and found a style EXACTLY what we were looking for. Best yet, it was extremely customizabile. It was a big splurge for us but we feel confident we got a couch for life and not one we will need to replace 5 - 10 years down the road. When we were there, the person helping us mentioned the customer that came in has been a customer for 25 years and bought several couches from them. Now I get it, I hope they are here another 25 years if / when I need to buy more couches!”

“Good prices and furniture, but the guy that owns the store is just not a nice person. We’ve been there a few times, it’s just his disposition to dislike his customers. I was going to buy a thing, but my wife didn’t want to give him money. So good place for stuff, but only go if you don’t care about the proprietor being nice to you.”

“They focus on quality furniture and offer expert staff who are, quite frankly, a joy to interact with. My favorite feature of the place is the way that I am forever finding the thing that I need there, and frequently I can find it on sale or a floor model, so that I always feel a bit of serendipity shopping.”
